Mr. Su even added a bit more structure to Benji’s meals, which I really appreciated. He also accepted the booking on short notice when my other plans fell through, which meant a lot. Benji looked like himself in every update- relaxed and happy and it was clear he was in excellent hands. My two dogs stayed with him while I was visiting my sister, and he took such good care of them and provided detailed updates with information and photos about how they were doing.
