He sends plenty of pictures throughout the days he has her to reassure us that our puppy was having fun and getting what she needs - we were honestly getting worried that she wasn't going to have missed us! When we get her back it's clear that she has gotten plenty of time to play and is usually out for the count most of the rest of the day. Cannot speak highly enough of Eddy and his team! We have an 11-month-old goldendoodle (Waffles) who we needed to board for a week. It was his first time away from home without us — a new experience for our dog and a slightly nerve-racking one for me as a first-time dog owner. However, Eddy’s incredible care and service made this a smooth experience for both of us. He was kind enough to let us do a trial daycare run in advance so Waffles could get comfortable, gave us free pickup and drop-off, and made sure we got regular updates on how Waffles was doing. The updates in particular were fantastic. We got photos, videos, and were able to ask questions about how he was doing. It was incredibly fun and meaningful to follow his journey over the week from shy first-day-of-school vibes to forming an inseparable three musketeers trio with a maltipoo and corgi!! Waffles is back home now, tired and happy in the best of ways. Thank you, Eddy and team, for everything!!
Santina was wonderful. We’d never left our 11-month-old puppy for more than a single night, and Santina cared for her so well for a little over a week. Winnie came home in good spirits, looking healthy and happy. She even smelled nice! My family is so happy to have met Santina. Great sitter, super nice person.
Holly took great care of my dog Koda! She was very sweet, understanding, and patient. I could tell she has experience catering the different dogs needs and personalities, and has the ability to accommodate them and make them comfortable. Koda is a little anxious, and I think she did great with him and made us both very comfortable! She was also very flexible when I realized I was arriving from my trip a little later than expected. Overall great experience, thank you Holly!
Su was amazing and so caring with our senior French bulldog, bulldog. He was very attentive to our dog’s needs and communicated on a regular basis about her well being and food and water consumption. We felt like we had a very good idea of how she was doing while we were away on vacation. We are very grateful for his thoughtfulness- they got into a good rhythm and I think Frances really enjoyed her time with Su!
We couldn’t be more pleased with the care Michelle and her son extended to Clare. Michelle exuded confidence right off the bat as a pet lover. And when our flight was delayed, she was non-pulsed when we needed her to keep Clare for an extra, unplanned overnight. We look forward to calling on Michelle again!
Anna took exceptional care of my dog over a long weekend. It was clear when my dog got home that he had a relaxing and good experience with her and Kuma.
