Bella was well cared for and happy playing in the large outdoor space with other dogs, digging, and generally being her goofy self. I received tons of pictures and lots of communication about everything from how Bella was doing to updated pickup and drop-off times (Eddy picks up and drops off at no additional cost). I was extremely happy with my experience boarding Shea with Eddy/Shuai. We met Eddy at his home about a week before the boarding and I could tell our 4 year old cockapoo Shea immediately felt comfortable with Eddy. There is plenty of space for the dogs to play in a fenced yard, and Eddy was very thoughtful and thorough in asking about feeding and care for Shea. The day prior to boarding there was great communication from Eddy, and our dog was picked up at our home. During the stay we received photos and updates so I always felt 100% confident that our dog was being cared for and having fun. I highly recommend Eddy and will be using him again next time I need boarding for Shea.
Ekaterina took excellent care of my chihuahua mix Tiberius, who is arguably high maintenance. She texted photos and updates every day, took him for daily walks, fed him according to his regular schedule, gave him snuggles, and let him take over her lap when she was working on her computer. Because of his tiny bladder (and general naughtiness), Tiberius had a few accidents in her home, but Ekaterina took it in stride. Highly recommended!
Andrea is the first sitter we left our puppy with, and she’s been great. Our dog loved her as soon as we got there. Andrea is so responsive, she did not take more than a few minutes to respond to texts. She also sent us lots of pictures. We’re grateful we found her!
Sydney is reliable and caring. She actively communicated with me and sent photos. I wasn’t worried about Bella because I knew she was in good hands. Sydney catered to all Bella’s needs and made it feel like home for her. We had to change our booking last minute because of weather and Sydney was flexible and adaptable to our new schedule. Alix and her husband turned what could’ve been a disaster into a calm experience, when a blizzard stranded us 1200 miles from home. They were already taking care of Clare for three days when we contacted them and asked if they can keep Clare through the week. Without any hesitation, they conveyed their joy to keep Clare for those extra days. Not only were we confident that Claire was in good hands, but we were also grateful to Alix and her husband, since we know it’s not easy taking care of pets in 15 inches of snow and 50 mile an hour winds. Once again, we wholeheartedly recommend them to care for your pet.
Peiyu and her husband are seriously the best!!! They took such amazing care of our dog Savvy and we could tell they showed her so much love and attention. Peiyu provided updates every day and was so easy to communicate with. I really appreciated that she took the time to ask questions and get to know Savvy and I am truly so grateful for all their help.
Margaret watched our dog Zolie for a little under a week and she was great!! Zolie needed antibiotics every day while we were away, and Margaret took the best care of her ❤️ she sent us fun daily updates and we could tell she and her roommates loved on Zolie like she was their own.
