“Lyn was awesome! I traveled for work and my flight back to Boston was suddenly cancelled the morning of. I was so stressed out and Lyn was the most accommodating and patient with the last minute change. I received pictures and videos every day during her stay. My dog came home exhausted and with a smile on her face. Would definitely recommend!”

“Carolina is awesome. Kaci loves to visit and enjoys spending time with the other dogs. They keep me updated with photos and take him on good walks. I love that she offers pick up and drop and is always on time. As a busy person it is good to have a sitter you trust.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about Joseph. His communication was great and he was an awesome sitter for Athena. I want to point out that I made an error in booking my dog's stay and Joseph gladly helped out and made accommodations. He definitely did not have to do that, but I was so thankful that he did! 5 stars! Would definitely recommend!”

“If you are looking for someone who will truly love your dog while you're away, look no further than Barb. She provided such peace of mind during our recent trip by sending daily photos and updates. Our dog seemed so comfortable in her home, and he was his usual relaxed self when he got back to us. Barb’s kindness is evident, and we are so grateful for the way she welcomed him into her home.”

About: I have extensive experience caring for cats from kittens to seniors, including administering oral medications. This includes my own cats and also family/friend cats. I have my own rescue pit mix dog who has needed some patience to build her confidence and I’m proud of the work we’ve done together in the 1+ years together. I’ve also worked as a kennel assistant handling meal times, medication, day cares, walks, and clean up. I have always loved pets, from hamsters up to big 100 lbs dogs. I will treat your baby with love and respect and understanding of their needs. I share pet care duties with my Fiance John who grew up with dogs and cats in his household and takes care of our two cats and rescue dog with me. We both work full time but I only work 4 days a week and John works 5 days but leaves later and gets home earlier than me. I handle the morning chores including pet meals and Phoebe’s first walk of the day. John handles the second walk of the day when he gets home from work and the second mealtime then. Night time, Phoebe always gets a walk before bed and cats get their last meal. On weekends and free days off together (I always have a 3 day weekend) Phoebe usually gets a trip out to a park, trail, or beach where she can either roam and get her running in. Phoebe gets playdates often with her dog besties who live nearby. Phoebe is crate trained and we have an extra crate on hand too as needed. Currently Phoebe and the cats roam free together when we’re at work because they’re trustworthy now but if a guest comes, we can separate rooms easily and use crates. In other clients homes, I will always follow the rules of the house. Dogs and cats alike will get lots of enrichment, walks, and playtime so everyone is satisfied and comfortable.
“Hyesoo and her family took really good care of my puppy, Lily. The pictures and updates that Hyesoo sent us made us enjoy our own vacation because I knew that Lily was having a great time with Som, Hyesoo’s puppy. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely call her again!”

“Thank you so much Jamie and cannot wait to book you again. Jamie sent pictures and updates everyday. Reyna loved spending time with Jamie’s daughter and sleeping in her bed. So cute! Thank you”

“Jess was amazing!! She sent daily updates and pictures and I could tell from the pictures that Mabel was so happy and being treated so well. Would recommend for anyone looking for a reliable dog sitter who goes above and beyond!”

“Thank you for looking after our dogs! Ling and Ye sent lots of photos of our two midsize labradoodles on walks and getting cuddles during their stay. And they came home calm and relaxed afterwards - a sign that they were happy while during their stay. Our dogs can get nervous around large male dogs, but their dog Brody (large labradoodle) is a gentle giant who immediately got on with our dogs, but also gave them their own space. We appreciate Ling and Ye's kindness towards our dogs!”

“Kaitlyn was a great boarder for Monty. She shared pictures and feedback throughout his four night stay. She was great and Monty loved her. Would definitely use again.”

“Alyson was amaze balls. I got daily updates she alerted me to anything she deemed out of the ordinary with Tuna. He loves Alyson and her Daughter! Would recommend wholeheartedly”

“Dana was really good with my dog. He was patient and kind as my dog adjusted to his new environment. He introduced my dog to new dogs cautiously and did not force any interaction. He updated me daily on how my dog was doing and my dog was very content and happy. Thank you Dana!”

“Zarah is amazing!! My dog (Monty) is a quirky boy with lots of anxiety. Zarah was immediately attentive, empathetic, and understanding :) She truly cared about learning everything about Monty and how best to care for him, and she sent tons of pictures and updates! I trust Zarah implicitly and know Monty is in great hands with her. He felt at home right away, and he will be happy to see Zarah and Honey again soon :)”

“Andy did a great job caring for Wally! He was very communicative and sent lots of updates. Wally had lots of walks, playtime, and time spent relaxing—and came back home a very happy pup! I highly recommend Andy!”

About: I’m a lifelong dog owner with hands-on experience caring for a wide range of breeds, from energetic puppies to quirky seniors. I work from home, so I’m able to offer tons of attention, exercise, and consistency throughout the day. Having lived with everything from labs to Pyrenees mixes, I understand the importance of meeting each dog’s unique needs, whether that’s structured walks, gentle senior care, or patient socialization for shy pups. I’m comfortable with big dogs and independent personalities, and my own experience training puppies and supporting older dogs means your pup is in caring, knowledgeable hands. What sets me apart is my lifelong experience caring for a variety of breeds—including puppies and seniors—and my work-from-home flexibility means dogs get real companionship and attention all day. I understand big, independent, and quirky personalities, and I prioritize individualized care, from puppy training to gentle support for older dogs. I take the time to get to know every dog, building trust through patience, routine, and play. Pet care is a natural part of my daily life, not an afterthought. Since I work from home, I’m able to integrate walks, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day—whether it’s a morning stroll, afternoon games in the park, or relaxed evenings together. My routine is flexible, so dogs always get outside for fresh air and exercise and receive plenty of attention between my work sessions. On weekends, I love exploring new neighborhoods, local parks, or heading to the beach—always bringing dogs along for new adventures. Whether it’s active pups needing stimulation or seniors who prefer a calm presence, I adapt my days to make sure every dog feels comfortable, safe, and part of my everyday world. When caring for pets in my home, I make sure they’re comfortable, safe, and integrated into my daily routine—regular walks to nearby parks or the beach, supervised playtime, and cozy rest spots throughout my home. I keep to each dog’s familiar schedule as much as possible, including feeding times, exercise, and any training or medication routines. In a client’s home, I respect their space and routines, making sure pets feel secure in their own environment. I follow all instructions closely, from special diet needs to unique quirks or favorite toys, and keep in touch with updates and photos so owners know their pets are happy and cared for. Most importantly, I treat every dog like they’re my own—with patience, structure, and genuine affection—whether they’re here for a day, a weekend, or longer.
“Isabella was extremely responsive and communicative! She took on a tall task of watching after not only my dog, Muzzy, but 3 other dogs simultaneously, all while also taking care of her baby. Isabella kept us updated with videos throughout the day. I would definitely ask Isabella to care for Muzzy again in the future.”

Joe (and his puppy Rose) were amazing with Maple! We were so glad to have another dog for Maple to play with while we were gone, and it sounds like they became best friends. Joe was extremely communicative, helpful, and knowledgeable about taking care of dogs. He was accommodating with drop off/pick up times and great to talk with. Highly recommend Joe to others and would book him again!

Kathryn and Matthew are always so great with our pup! Bentley can get a bit nervous, but they always know exactly what to do to make him feel comfortable and at home. Great communicators and always punctual! We’ve loved having them watch our pup and can’t recommend them enough!

Garrett was great! He looked after our 55lb dog for a long weekend. When we picked her up she was happy, healthy, and tuckered out - she got lots of activity throughout the weekend with long walks and neighborhood adventures. He kept us apprised while we were away with updates and photos. Would definitely book with Garrett again and highly recommend him.

Tiana and Olena were absolutely fantastic with Millie. They were incredibly responsive throughout the stay and consistently kept us updated with photos and messages, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear from every update that Millie was receiving lots of attention, care, and affection. They were proactive, communicative, and treated her like one of their own. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would gladly trust Tiana and Olena with Millie again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dog sitters

Shuping is one of the best “nanas” Cookie has ever had, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found her through Rover. From the moment Cookie stayed with her, it was clear how much warmth, kindness, and genuine love she gives to the pets in her care. She treated Cookie as if she were her own, and that gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. One of our favorite things was receiving her sweet updates. She would send us adorable photos and videos and share little stories about Cookie’s day. The way she affectionately referred to Cookie as a “little rascal” always made us smile and showed just how much she cared for her. As pet parents, being away from your beloved pet can be difficult. Finding someone who loves, cares for, and cherishes your pet almost as much as you do is truly a blessing. That’s exactly what we found in Shuping. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, responsible, and attentive caregiver for their pet. She is warm, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely wonderful. We would happily trust Cookie with her again anytime.

Zarah is amazing!! He felt at home right away, and he will be happy to see Zarah and Honey again soon :)
