Clea had an excellent time with Kim! Kim was communicative and shared frequent updates and photos. Clea even had a minor cut on her paw that Kim was quick to treat and manage while Clea was under her care. Luisa and her roommate are a power duo for any fur-baby boarding! Luisa in particular is very affectionate, detail-oriented and well suited for the care of animals of all shapes and sizes. Upasna Aunty is now family. The way she cared for our baby through one of the most difficult times in our lives will never be forgotten. We were already going through one of the hardest periods our family has ever faced when I experienced a health emergency at the end of our trip. I had to unexpectedly extend Raja’s stay, and without hesitation, she immediately accommodated us so he wouldn’t have to be bounced around or moved again during an already stressful time. She hand-fed him when he wasn’t eating, checked in on me personally to make sure I was okay, and reassured me every step of the way. Knowing Raja was safe, loved, and in her care gave me complete peace of mind. Because of her, I was able to be fully present with my family during a time when they needed me most. She treated Raja as if he were her own, and there is no greater gift than that. Her kindness, compassion, flexibility, and genuine love for animals are truly extraordinary and go above and beyond. Her warm energy is undeniable. We are forever grateful and can’t recommend her enough. We’ll see you again soon, Aunty. ❤️
Anya was fantastic! We had a last minute schedule change were looking for a local sitter who could help with a busy weekend of handing off our pup between multiple sitters.
