About: I am a current dog owner 7.5 years to one very lovable mixed breed terrier! She’s an older lady with tiny legs so her walking needs are minimal :) In addition, I grew up with two lab mixes who lived well into their teens so I have experience with larger, active dogs, as well as senior dogs! I work full-time in Tech but I am 100% remote. I have the flexibility to take on one-off walks and drop-ins in the Beacon Hill area as needed! I am very aware of the quirks some dogs can have, so I’m flexible and can adhere to owners instructions as needed! Because I have my own dog, I'm experienced with gaining trust with other dogs and ensuring their safety!

She was super patient with my shy kitten, who was getting over an upset tummy at the time. She gave him the probiotics as instructed and managed to get pictures even when he hid under the bed, and by day three he had warmed up to her! About: I grew up with 2 cats and a greyhound and have pet-sat and walked dogs for friends and neighbors from a young age. Throughout college, I volunteered in dog care at the local shelter, walking puppies and senior dogs alike. At the shelter, I also got experience in safely caring for dogs with behavioral challenges, such as resource guarding and dog aggression. Having worked as a vet assistant and being a current vet student, I am comfortable sitting for pets that need regular medications. I’m home for summer vacation! Without school, I have plenty of time to spend caring for your pets. I work per diem as a vet assistant, so I’ll keep my calendar updated as I pick up shifts. I’ll be leaving Boston again in mid-August. I am happy to care for your pets however you see fit! I can take dogs on walks or play with them in yards, and I can crate your dog if needed.

Jenna was absolutely wonderful!! We had our cats separate because of some new onset behavioral issues and were hesitant to leave them, and she handled everything better than we could have asked for, on top of that with a positive attitude at all times. She was communicative when she had questions and very thoughtful and intentional, and left hilarious daily updates and pics. By the end of the week I stopped worrying about the cats because I knew they were in great hands. Jenna is very respectful and responsible and I would trust her to handle anything. She left our spaces clean, followed any instructions well, and went above and beyond to clean up after our cats even outside of the norm (one threw up one day and she cleaned it without hesitation). It was clear our cats warmed up to her quickly. We can only hope she’s available the next time we go out of town!!
We had such a great experience with Hannah! She took amazing care of Clyde while we were away this weekend, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about making sure Clyde was happy and comfortable.
