She was super patient with my shy kitten, who was getting over an upset tummy at the time. She gave him the probiotics as instructed and managed to get pictures even when he hid under the bed, and by day three he had warmed up to her! Alexandra filled in for us super last-minute due to a cancellation, and not only read through the list of what to expect with our dog / what we needed for a visit, but was patient with our dog meeting a new person, took extra photos, wrote up a through ‘report’ after the walk + visit, and was extremely responsive via messaging. Couldn’t ask for more!
Josh is a rockstar! This was his second time doing drop-in visits with my shy cat, and within a few days she was greeting him as he arrived and accepting not just pets but also brushing from him, which is astonishing for her! He’s clearly perfectly attuned to what cats need to feel safe and comfortable and I’ll be thrilled to have him watch my girl in the future.
Liz was amazing with our three cats! She was incredibly communicative and detail-oriented from the start. She came over to meet our babies beforehand and asked great questions, which made everything feel seamless while we were away. Our cats can get pretty anxious when we’re gone for too long, but Liz was so wonderful with them that we barely saw any of that anxiety this time. Emma was very helpful in coordinating logistics for watching our cats, and went above and beyond during the visits, even cleaning up some messes our cats made while we were away. She also sends nice visit summaries and photos of the cats after each visit. 5 stars!
Jasmine filled in last minute for me to come let my pups out while I was away in Rhode Island for a wedding. She was super communicative, very punctual and incredible communicator while she was with the pups midday. I appreciate her sending a thorough update and taking them out multiple times to go to the bathroom. I would love to have Jasmine back.
We were visiting Boston to see friends in from out of town for the wknd and going to be away from our hotel during the day. Rita took such good care of our golden both days. It gave us peace of mind to see photos of our baby smiling on her outings with Rita and that she was having some fun while we were away. Rita fed her dinner and played with her in the room too.
