About: I’ve been raising dogs since i was a child. I’ve had 4 dogs throughout my life. Out of the most recent 2, one was a senior with heart problems so i have much experience with older dogs and giving medicine if necessary. My other dog is a rescue, i’ve raised since she was 3 months old. In addition to behavioral classes i took with her, i’ve potty trained, crate trained and trained her to have basic skills myself. I’ve raised most of my dogs (there was one adult rescue) from puppy to senior years so i hold much experience with dogs in these age ranges. I can care for dogs that are of all skill levels and ages. My dog and i are able to adapt to any energy level your pup may be at and will always care for them as if they are my own. I currently work full-time but luckily I am hybrid. I work in office Mon, Tues, and Thurs. Otherwise, I will normally always be with your pet unless i must go out and run errands. However, i also love to take my dog wherever i go as long as i know i’m making a quick stop, so if your dog loves car rides we will be together most of their stay. During 2025 holidays i will be at home full time until 1/4/26 I have one sweet puppy who loves other dogs and will gladly welcome them into the home. i tend to keep the house pretty tidy so my dogs can’t get into anything. If there’s anything specific your fur baby needs to avoid let me know. Lastly, i have a camera in my home to watch my puppy if i’m away and as my client i can provide footage of their stay to keep you at comfort.
About: "I treat every dog as if they were my own. I pay close attention to each pet's personality, routine, and needs, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away.'" I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability to care for your pet. I can provide consistent attention, supervision, feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for at all times. My home is a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for pets. There is plenty of space for a dog to relax, play, and feel at home. We also have yards where dogs can safely play, explore, and get exercise. I make sure pets receive lots of attention, care, and supervision throughout the day. I provide regular walks, playtime, fresh water, and a calm atmosphere to help them feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for during their stay.
“Liz is great! So communicative and thorough in how to take care of the pups. During the visit, numerous updates were provided and was super detailed about how everything went. Would definitely recommend her :)”
“Katy was the best! I kept a piece of mind the entire time she was sitting for our cat. She left detailed notes after each visit and took great pictures which always brought a smile to my face.”
About: I’ve been around pets for a very long time! A wide variety and cats and dogs, including even bearded dragons! I’ve been around enough to know that every pet has specific needs and routines that are important for them, and I am flexible enough to meet those needs! I have had the privilege of taking care of a little chihuahua named Loki for the past 4 years. He enjoys going outside every couple of hours and likes to play and be social. He is a handful, and since I am a student, I have the time to commit to taking care of low and high maintenance pets! I’m accustomed to full time pet care in my daily life, as a parent to a very high maintenance little pup. Since he has been with me, I’m used to frequent walks, different feeding times, and even administering medicines as needed! Pets are a priority in any household, but especially my own. My space is shared with them, and I put emphasis on accommodating them and making sure they are happy in whatever place they are staying. Their happiness is just as important as my own.
“Solaima was so fabulous!! She was great at keeping me updated while I was on vacation, and my dog and cat loved her!! She went above and beyond for the animals and communication! I would recommend her to anyone❤️❤️”

“Tracy came over for a meet and greet with my cat, and it was really great to have the opportunity to chat with her! Lots of great questions, conversations, and interactions with my quirky kitty. Thanks so much, Tracy!”

About: I have always been the one people in my family or neighborhood turned to for advice with their pet, walking or feeding their pet, and translating documents and assisting with vet trips. I'm bilingual and can very easily switch back and forth and be as helpful as I can in both. I am relied on heavily in my community because of these traits, not only with pets but everyday life. It shows the care and love I have for the people here and how much they trust me as well, to take care of their furry little ones! **LAST UPDATED 5/26-6/24** I work from home and am usually always readily available, given enough notice. Currently (until 6/24, schedules will shift slightly) I am available for pet-sitting from 9-3:30 M-F, and on Sundays 9-2. Please book me M-F half an hour in advance and on Sundays, an hour in advance. Thank you! I take safety and care to the utmost priority that I possibly can. Therefore, moving forward, I cannot, in good conscious, offer my home for pets and family. I have a small apartment with two cats and a child, along with 4-5 people going in and out constantly. My cats can handle it as they are very social but I would worry about other animals. In other words, boarding would have to only be at client's home if boarding is something that is booked (I have been having trouble being unable to remove hosting & boarding at home from the Rover profile). Please message me for further details!

About: HI, I'm Liz. I love animals and being outside. I have experience caring for young and older dogs. Over my life, through friends and family, I've become friendly or gained the acceptance of several different breeds and mixes of terriers, labs, chihuahua, pit bull, poodle, and goldens. When my sister got her border collie Carla 14 years ago, I fell in love with this bright pup with boundless energy. As she grew into her own dog, her personality emerged more - her quirks, apprehensions, and joyful playfulness that she carried with her from puppyhood, to senior. From diaper pads, to diapers. I loved every opportunity I got to care for her. No matter the breed, energy level or age, I would treat your pup with the same enthusiastic care and attention I gave to Carla every chance I could. I am generally free in the mornings to early-late afternoon and some evenings. My other job is part-time with evening hours. I have a car, so can get to you easily. I am not available in the afternoon on Tuesday and Friday. I have a two-bedroom first floor unit, and no roommates. I am next to a park and there are several other parks and trails within a few blocks of me, as well as hiking trails in the Fells less than 2 miles away. I can have a cat overnight. I can provide care at my house during the mornings and early afternoons for one large dog, or two small dogs. For service at/from your home, I can provide care and companionship, walks and exercise, some medication dispensation, and some overnights for your pet.
“Melissa was super helpful checking in on our cat, Chicky! We ended up making Thanksgiving plans closer to the actual holiday, and had to book a Rover on shorter notice than usual. Melissa was super responsive when we initially reached out, and communicative throughout our trip. She was very thoughtful when thinking of ways to help make Chicky less lonely while we were away. We highly recommend Melissa! 😊”

“Amanda is fantastic! She was so attentive and caring for my 2 kitties while I was out of town. She’s very responsive, sent lots of pics and I can tell she truly cares about their well being. Def recommend & I will book her again in the future! Thanks Amanda!”

“Alexis did an amazing job caring for my dog. He’s big and he has a lot of special needs. Alexis was extremely reliable and caring, making sure his medical needs were met and giving him lots of loving. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi there! I am a responsible and reliable pet lover who currently has a chihuahua mix! Would love to care for your pets with the same care and attention that I show my own! Thank you so much for your consideration and I am looking forward to hearing from you and meeting your wonderful pet very soon! I am working remotely 3 days a week so I am available for walks or drop-ins during those days! Tuesday, Thursday and Friday are my work from home days! I am a very safe dog-walker! I will make sure your dogs do not interact with dogs they don't know while on our walks so they stay safe! I will make sure to clean up after them! I am very reliable and will 100% follow any pet care instructions you give/will ask for clarification when needed!

Ana has done a great job watching our Dallas every time! We were able to completely put our trust in her when we went out of town for a 4 day long trip. It is nice to know he is in good hands when she sends photos of them playing and is always punctual! I would highly recommend her!

Haowen provided exceptional care for our cats. He was responsible, thorough, and completely worry-free, ensuring our pets were in great hands. His flexibility and willingness to accommodate ad hoc requests were greatly appreciated. Furthermore, he documented the visits with many wonderful, high-quality photos. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable sitter.

Having someone experienced with giving cats inhalers was the most important thing, and Liz handled it perfectly. This was by far the easiest time leaving the cats alone for me: I trusted Liz completely. Super caring and devoted to making sure our cats had the best time.

Ayfer was so amazing with my 2 dogs, dropping in and seeing them multiple times while I was out of town for a weekend. My dogs felt comfortable with her immediately! She always sends pictures and videos and is a great communicator. Both of my dogs have medications and she was sure to keep them on schedule! I know my pups are in good hands with her!!

Rachel was an amazing pet sitter! She left really thorough post-visit notes and many pictures which was greatly appreciated. She went above and beyond making sure our cat was taken care of while we were away. I highly recommend Rachel and we will definitely be booking with her again!

Victoria is so kind and patient with my 14 year old grumpy cat who needs meds. I used to be very hesitant to leave town, but my multiple experiences with Victoria watching my cats has made that hesitancy disappear. She is communicative, respectful, and most important of all I can that she cares about my pets.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Revere. On Rover:
- 90% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 95% can help with daily exercise

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
