Spencer was also super flexible and stopped by to take care of Franklin while our building was doing fire alarm testing. This consisted of coming in and getting Franklin in his carrier and waiting with him outside while the testing took place. It was very accommodating and kind of Spencer to help us through this difficult situation, while always being very professional and kind.”
