About: I grew up in a home with dogs, cats, bunnies, hens and roosters. I have never lived without caring for an animal! I love being outside, going for walks, playing and gardening. I am a mom of two school-aged boys and a proud owner of two tuxedo kitties whom we adopted nine years ago. I work part-time in the afternoons as an outdoor preschool art specialist. I am free between 9:30 am, and 1 pm everyday, and Wednesday and Thursday until 3 pm! I may also have early evenings free starting at the end of June. I have plenty of time in my schedule to help you care for your animals. Looking forward to meeting them! I am fun, gentle, playful and caring, and have a good instinct for what dogs and cats need. About: I've been caring for animals for many years and have experience with a wide variety of species. About: Hey there – my name is Nancy, and I’ve taken care of dogs the majority of my life. Starting with my childhood dog, Bandit, a mixed Shepard. As an adult I had a pit bull/boxer mix, Vedder. I had Vedder for 12 years. After Vedder, I had a beagle/boxer mix, Killian. I currently do not have a dog of my own. This gives me plenty of time to take care of your dog I am an experienced sitter, and did walker who you can trust to take amazing care of your pup. I take any (and all) opportunities to snuggle and go on fun adventures with dogs. Some people have told me I’m a dog whisperer at times… I have yet to prove them wrong. I’m currently not working. This gives me plenty of time to spend with your pet. I’m available both days and nights to watch, walk or play with your dog. To ensure the safety and well-being of pets under my care, I would first familiarize myself with each pet’s specific needs, behaviors, and any medical conditions. This includes understanding their diet, exercise routine, allergies, or medications they may be on. During walks, I would keep them on a leash at all times. Moreover, for both walks and sitting sessions, I’d maintain regular communication with the pet owners by providing updates and promptly reporting any unusual behavior. Maintaining vigilance, open communication, and being prepared for unexpected situations are crucial aspects of ensuring the safety and well-being of pets under my care. I am not a certified dog trainer, but I did successfully train my pit bull/boxer, Vedder, and my beagle/boxer, Killian. When you board your dog with me, you can expect a quality stay. Your dog will not only be well looked after, they will go on some cool walking adventures. I’m located near three beaches, and three parks. One of the parks has a bike/walking path. I keep the owner updated with pics and text. I also use a walking app that shows where we walked, how far we walked and how long we walked. When you leave your dog in my care, you can enjoy your vacation knowing that your dog is also having fun.

About: I have been doing Rover for around 4 years now, I’ve taken a break earlier this year, but my schedule is now open for new bookings! A little bit about me: I’ve always been passionate about animal care since I was young. I’ve worked with/owned cats, small animals, and dogs of all sizes and breeds. I took part in a vet assistance course in college, volunteered at my local zoo, and worked at a pet store for a bit before joining Rover! I’m experienced working with disabled, elderly, and medicated pets. I live in a pet friendly neighborhood (Roslindale) , with plenty of trails and parks for dogs to experience. I also have a spacious grassy backyard that is fully enclosed by a large fence. I currently have a cat in the home that stays upstairs for most of the day, and never interacts with the pets I board. Getting to know your pet: Meet and greets aren’t necessary, but it would be helpful giving me insight about your pet. Some things I would like to know specifically include: - Does your pet take any medications? - How is your pet with other animals? - Is your pet potty trained? - Dietary/allergy restrictions - Feeding and walking schedule - Certain behaviors to look out for During your pets stay, I will include consistent updates and photos to ensure your pet is in good hands! I can cater to pets who cannot be left alone for more than a few hours. I have a fenced in yard, with grass and plenty of room to run around and play! My house is also air conditioned in every room, and there are more than enough couches and beds for your pet to lounge on! I currently have a friendly cat, she tends to stay upstairs ! I provide Lots of balls, toys, bowls, blankets, and chewing toys for the pups!

About: We are an experienced foster family with many years of experience. Claudia is an animal welfare professional who has been working in animal shelters for many years. Jason (Ilan) is permanently work from home, so there is always someone home with your baby! We have had 13 foster dogs ranging from small puppies to super seniors. We are a positive reinforcement family with experience in reactivity, separation anxiety, stranger danger, resource guarding, and arousal/high energy behaviors! We are able to provide medical care including medications, injections, and breathing treatments! Our home is empty without our own doggies, we so are so excited to give yours all the love! While Claudia works full time out of the house, Jason (Ilan) works from home full time! Your baby will rarely be home alone, if at all! We can easily crate your dog if you would like and have cameras with motion detection in each room so we can ensure your pup is safe. We provide daily updates on your dog so you can know they are doing well. We are experienced handlers who are fear free certified. We are prepared for anything that might happen!
