About: I have had dogs my entire life of various sizes, personalities, and needs. I currently live in Back Bay with my dog Bandit who I fostered and then adopted. He is 11! At home, my parents have 2 dogs, Teddy who is a 2 year old bernadoodle and Duke who is a 13 year old toy poodle. I’ve helped train all the dogs in my life and have administered medicine of all kinds to pets as well. I have a very flexible schedule so am able to hangout with your furry friend whenever you need! I just ask that I have 1 days notice. I live in an apartment in Back Bay with my 11 year old dog, Bandit. I know every dog has different needs. Just tell me what your dog likes and doesn’t like and I will adjust properly. Additionally, I can ensure I will only be walking your dog (no group walks) unless you are comfortable with Bandit joining!

“Jenna did a fantastic job with my kitten, Olive. She sent lots of pictures and made sure she was happy and well cared for while I was away. This was my first time leaving my kitten and Jenna made me feel that she was extremely competent in caring for Olive. Will definitely request again the next time I’m on vacation!”

About: I am a dog lover who grew up with dogs in my family which has given me years of experience being a caretaker for dogs. I spend time with the dogs of my family and friends whenever they need it - for walks, food/potty break visits, watching them for a weekend or a week. Currently I have extensive experience watching my parents’ golden retriever, my brother’s golden, my sister’s german shepherd, my other sister’s australian shepherd, and other medium to large size dogs of friends who need a helping hand. I have experience with puppies and am comfortable with dogs of all sizes. My schedule is flexible so I can usually take on new dogs at a moment's notice. I love taking pictures and videos of them so you will feel updated and can enjoy your time away knowing that your dog is having a great day! Check out my Instagram account @theleashreport where I have started to document adventures with the dogs I walk. I customize my schedule to meet the needs of your dog! I work remotely on a flexible schedule so I have plenty of time to shower your dog with attention and cater to their needs, and I do not have specific days of the week limits. I am always available for breaks to go on walks or spoil your dog with pets and playtime! I am available for phone chats / meet and greets if you’d like. I have experience following specific instructions that are needed to keep your dog safe and happy. I was the primary sitter for my brother and sister-in-law’s dog if they traveled when she was still a puppy and getting acclimated to her surroundings. I can attentively follow any instructions and create an environment that is comfortable for your dog.

“Karen did an amazing job taking care of my two cats for almost two full weeks. She was attentive, caring, and extremely easy to work with. Highly recommended!”

“Eric was such a great sitter for our cat, Wednesday. He was able to come early in the morning to feed and spend time with her. Eric was prompt, communicative, and kept our cat happy while we were away. We will definitely have him over again to watch our cat!”

About: I've had a love for animals my whole life. From the family cat we got when I was 7 years old, to my childhood dog, to the puppy I helped to raise, I have seen many different types and stages of pets. I understand the unique challenges that come with each type of pet and I'm confident in my ability to provide them with the love and care they need. Plus, I enjoy staying active, so your pets will always get plenty of exercise, attention, and affection when they're with me! I will be working part-time this summer and in classes this fall so will have plenty of free time to spend with your pets! I am available most mornings and middays - perfect for a walk while you're at work. I am used to having pets around and know how to keep them safe within their own space. I have experience walking dogs of all sizes and energy levels and am familiar with the Boston landscape to keep them comfortable.

“Mary Kate was super attentive with my senior cat! She gave him insulin and made sure he was taken care of while I was away. I will definitely be using her services again!”

“Dejah was super good with my cats!! They all came out, even my skittish one was out and about and would be there for each meal time. There were a few mistakes with feeding dog food one visit, however, it was a super last minute booking and Dejah was very open to feedback and totally flexible and in the end it did not impact my cats at all. Dejah was super open to the odd things we do for our cats too like feeding them wet/dry together sometimes and adding chicken hearts to dinner. The weekend went off without a hitch. Dejah fed them and did the litter! I am súper appreciative and thankful. I cannot thank them enough for being so available last minute and flexible!”

“Erika was so helpful when we were in a pinch with our dog, Billie. She came to the apartment to meet her beforehand and was so loving to our very nervous dog. I would absolutely recommend Erika and will definitely be booking her again!!”

“Elise was great and consistent and had no problems getting into and out of the relatively complex entry to my apartment. Oreo seemed to really like her. Would book again!”

About: Hi! My name is Nicole. I have been taking care of pets my entire life. I grew up with cats and dogs. I've been the primary caretaker/foster of cats for six years. I have also fostered dogs numerous times. I have learned a lot about taking care of older animals, from my own dogs, including assisting with movement, using assistive/adaptive resources, and providing gentile, patient care. I have been a firefighter/EMT for 4 years, for which my training included CPR for animals of all sizes. Although my training for medication administration is for humans, I have experience (through fostering) and am comfortable administering medications to pets. I have always had a love for taking care of animals. I look forward to meeting you and your pet! I'm currently a student. My classes only run until 11:30 on Monday/Wednesday and until 3 Tuesday/Thursday. Outside of those hours, I am available to provide exceptional care to your pet(s). In my home, I have a cat of my own and ensure to give him plenty of attention, playtime, and stimulation. I aim to provide the same love to your pets, as I do my own. I will be respectful of your home and any security measures that are necessary.

About: I am from North Carolina, and I grew up riding horses in a household filled with dogs. My family at home in NC has a Newfoundland and a French bulldog, so I am used to caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. I am now a second-year dental student at Boston University and am missing being in a household filled with animals, which is why I would love to take care of your pets! On weekdays, I usually have lecture in the morning and then am at home studying all afternoon and night, so I can keep a close eye on your animals and would love to take them on lots of walks and play with them during my regular study breaks! I live alone in my apartment and will only care for one family’s pet(s) at a time to keep them safe and be able to provide them with the best care possible. The only reasons I would ever leave the pet(s) alone in the apartment would be to go to lecture (the school is only an 8 minute walk from my apartment) or for a short jog outside in the morning or afternoon (if the Boston weather allows it!). My apartment is only up two flights of stairs from the street level and is only two blocks away from Franklin Square and Blackstone Square which are always home to dogs happily running around, sniffing, and playing fetch. I would love to take your dog on a walk to the nearby parks and even along the Charles River if they like to go on longer walks! On weekdays, I usually have lecture in the morning and then am at home studying all afternoon and night, so I can keep a close eye on your animals and would love to take them on lots of walks and play with them during my regular study breaks! My apartment is only an 8 minute walk from school so I am able to easily come home to take your adorable pet for a short walk in between lectures should I have more than one lecture on a certain day. At nights, I am either studying or relaxing by watching a good movie or show on my couch and would love for your pet to join me! I treat all pets as if they are my own. To me this means lots of pets, snuggles, fun walks, and constantly telling them how cute they are! Your pets will be my study buddy as I work and prepare to become the best dentist that I can be.
