About: I have lived with dogs since I was born, mostly larger breeds (German shepherd, golden retriever, huskies) and now have a cat too! Love animals! I work from 10am-5pm everyday but have most afternoons free and also can help out during the weekend! Can also pop by during lunch if it's a short enough distance! I have experience taking care of friends dogs, both crated and uncrated and can arrange for whatever is best in my apartment! My cat is also very dog friendly but can stay in a separate room if needed.
About: What sets me apart is the genuine joy and care I bring into every pet’s life. I’m a bubbly, cheerful person with a big heart for animals, and I truly love getting to know each pet as an individual. I’m very attentive to their specific needs, routines, and personalities, so they always feel safe, comfortable, and loved. You can fully trust me to care for your pet as if they were my own family. I’ve grown up with dogs and cats and have also volunteered at animal shelters, where I worked with animals of all kinds of personalities — playful, energetic, shy, anxious, and senior pets. Those experiences taught me patience, adaptability, and how important it is to meet animals where they are. I’ve genuinely grown to love every single animal I’ve cared for. I pride myself on being reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate, whether that means sticking to routines, giving extra cuddles, providing enrichment and playtime, or offering calm companionship. My goal is always to make your pet feel happy, secure, and loved — and to give you total peace of mind while you’re away. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine because I work and study from home. This allows me to be very flexible and available throughout the day to check in on pets, spend quality time with them, and give them the attention they deserve. I’m able to plan my schedule around their needs, whether that means regular walks, playtime, feeding, or just quiet companionship. Because I’m home most of the time, I can be very attentive and responsive — I’m not rushing in and out or leaving pets alone for long periods. I truly enjoy building time into my day to play, cuddle, and care for animals, and I always make sure their routines are followed closely. Providing consistent, loving care is something I take seriously, and having this flexibility allows me to care for pets to the fullest extent and give pet parents peace of mind. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my top priorities are respect, trust, and consistency. I carefully follow all instructions provided by the pet parent, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, routines, and any special preferences their pet may have. I understand how important it is to keep pets comfortable by maintaining their normal routine. I am extremely respectful of my clients’ homes, space, and privacy, and I treat every home as if it were my own. When meeting pets for the first time, I always enter calmly and gently so they don’t feel startled or overwhelmed. I take time to let each pet warm up to me at their own pace and focus on building a healthy, loving bond based on trust. My goal is to create a calm, safe, and positive environment where pets feel secure and cared for while their owners are away. By combining clear communication, attention to detail, and lots of love, I ensure pets receive the highest level of care and pet parents feel completely at ease.
“Paul is a wonderful dog sitter-he’s stayed with my dog multiple times and is always communicative and takes good care of Margot. I really appreciate the regular check ins and updates. Highly recommend!”

“Megan house sat my pup Cairo during a holiday trip during Xmas time. She was great! Cairo was well taken care off, and Megan sent me regular updates, took him out for energy-burning activities that a 1 year old pup needs and always checking with me and ensuring his somewhat high maintenance needs were met :) It was my first experience with pet sitting and it was a super positive one. Thanks Megan!!”

“My wife and I are first time dog owners who recently got a puppy. Anastasia took care of him for an evening while we were away and did a fantastic job! Theo was so comfortable with her and the peace of mind knowing that he was safe and well cared for is all I could ask for. Will definitely be working with Anastasia again!”

“Angie is the best ever!! Not only is she amazing with my puppy, but she also takes the best care of my space and I come home to a well taken care of pup and a spotless apartment! She also constantly keeps me updated throughout her stay which is amazing :)”

“Sunny took amazing care of Tater while we were out of town! Sent lots of pictures (amazing ones!) and checked in with us often. Sunny even left us a framed picture of Tater. She is fantastic!”

About: Hi! I’m Emily (they/them). I’ve taken care of pets all my life growing up with multiple cats and dogs. I now live in Boston with one cat and have experience giving daily meds. I love dogs but unfortunately my partner is allergic. So I love being able to play and walk with dogs through Rover to shower them with pets and love. I have experience with puppies and seniors dogs, occasionally watching my parents’ and grandparents’ dogs throughout my life. Looking to take care of your pets while you’re away and giving them all the love and attention they deserve :,) I currently work remotely with a very flexible schedule. I can pop in to say hi to your furry friends and go on walks during the day (and it’ll help me get out of the house too!) I am a trustworthy, friendly person who loves animals. While I am not able to care for your pets in my apartment, I’m excited to care for your pets on their home turf! I am attentive, fun-loving, and will cater to your furry friends’ needs.
“Caleigh took great care of Odie! She came over in advance to do a meet & greet and then jumped right in. I got pictures and updates over the weekend and knew he was in good hands!”

“I can’t recommend Willow enough! Our pup, Lexi, is like our child, and we’ve never left her with anyone but family until this trip. Finding Willow on Rover was a stroke of luck! She took exceptional care of Lexi, who can be anxious and a bit stubborn. During their initial meeting, Willow asked all the right questions, and I instantly felt confident in her ability to care for our girl. She followed our instructions perfectly and was incredibly communicative throughout the stay, sending us wonderful photos. When we returned, Lexi was in great spirits—she was happy to see us, but I swear she missed Willow! If you're looking for a sitter you can trust, I wholeheartedly give Willow a 10/10 recommendation (especially coming from someone very particular about her pup)!”
“Tommy was so great with our Dorothy!! Dorothy was well taken care of and we received frequent updates including pictures. Will definitely use Tommy again in the future”

“Lukas was amazing. He was flexible with my needs as I was figuring out my trip and updated me daily to let me know my kitten was comfortable with his first ever sitter. Great experience !”

South End pet parents share their Rover experiences
Emma was amazing, she took such great care of our dog while my wife and I were out of town for over a week. She was a great communicator & always kept us up to date on any happenings. Our house was clean when we got back and our dog was happy! Would definitely use her again!

Gabriela was amazing this weekend! My dog was having an upset stomach and she was so attentive and communicative with me. She offered to help in any way she could. He definitely was much more work because of this and she was so nice about everything. Highly recommend her!

Kelly was amazing taking care of our two cats. She took the time to win their trust even though they can be shy. Her calm and enthusiastic manner was perfect. One of our cats has chronic health issues and she was comfortable managing them. She also sent updates and videos to keep us informed. Highly recommend!

Anastasia responded to my booking with less than an 24 hour notice. She immediately responded and made time to meet my pup Clem within an hour of booking! She was very communicative while I was away and made sure to send lots of updates throughout her stay. She’s dog and human approved!!

Spoorthy was wonderful! She showed up on time and my dogs who usually bark at everyone were immediately comfortable with her and didn’t bark once. She did an overnight and was very communicative throughout her stay and took great care of my dogs and home. Absolutely recommend!

Amanda was great. She came for a meet and greet with Cosmo before the planned sitting and was super accommodating when our plans had to change. Cosmo also got an upset stomach while she was watching him but she was extremely communicative and helpful while we were out.
