About: Hi, I’m Jess! I’ve worked as a kennel assistant, fostered pets for years, and volunteered with animal shelters and vet outreach programs. I’m all about making sure your pets feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I’m patient, reliable, and experienced with all kinds of pets. I’ll treat your pets like my own and make sure they’re in good hands! I’m a college student with a fairly flexible schedule, so I’m able to provide consistent care throughout the week. I have classes at a few points during the day (late morning and mid-afternoon), but I’m typically available for morning walks/visits, evening care, and overnight stays. I’m also generally free most weekends. If your pet needs care during the day while you’re at work or extra attention in the evenings, I’m happy to work around my class schedule to make sure they’re well taken care of! I provide care in the client’s home to keep pets comfortable and relaxed in their own environment. I follow all instructions carefully, making sure pets stick to their regular routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and medication if needed. I live in a pet-friendly, safe, elevator building in the Back Bay. I am taking a few courses this summer, but will be home most of the day and will have plenty of opportunity to take good care of your dog. I live very near a park where we can walk and play. My home is fully dog-friendly. I carefully supervise all dogs and treat them with gentle care. I am certified by the American Red Cross in cat and dog first aid. I follow each dog's routine as closely as possible—including feeding schedules, medications, and preferred activities—to reduce stress and provide consistency. About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Puerto Rico, I cared for my grandma’s chickens, bottle-fed kittens, and grew up alongside my gentle Boxer, Coby. About: I've taken care of my own dog for the last 10 years, as well as dog sat for numerous friends and family. I helped train my dog since she was 9 months old from the rescue, and have given medication to senior dogs. I am currently a student with classes only three days a week. My schedule allows me to stop by any day of the week, and multiple times a day if needed. I am available most weekends, and am able to stay overnight. I cannot board at my own apartment, but I would be happy to take care of the pets at your own home! I can take them out on walks, play with them, feed them, and make sure everything stays in order while you are away.

About: I have grown up my entire life with multiple pets at once (dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and fish). I currently own one cat and co-parent a mini Aussie and 30 chickens with my longtime boyfriend! I believe the foundation of good pet care is being aware of and respecting an animal's body language/boundaries. I have experience caring for special needs pets as one of my parent's dogs has epilepsy and requires medication multiple times a day. I hope to make your life less stressful by supporting any pet-care needs you might have! I work a full-time hybrid job. I am always working from home on Friday and have a lot of flexibility for visits. I am generally in office Tues-Thurs and can be available before/after work and potentially during lunch (based on location) for visits. I live in an apartment complex and my cat is completely indoors. For cats, I will respect your wishes as to whether your cat is indoor, outdoors, or both. For dogs, I think it is very important to offer them exercise so will help you accomplish this whether you have a yard or not! Either way, I will never leave an animal unattended outdoors and will always be watching them.

My schedule is flexible! I’m a physician assistant, so my weeks are a mix of clinic and administrative work. Depending on my schedule, I’m able to stop by before work, during lunch, or after work. I’m also happy to do stay-ins when needed! My weekends tend to be especially flexible as well, and I’m always happy to work with your schedule and accommodate your pets’ needs as much as possible :) My current living space is not equipped to offer care at my home, but I will care for any breed/size/age dog in a client’s home. I am adaptable and willing to do any tasks needed to ensure the pet feels loved, happy, and comfortable.
