Even though I had no preference over timing, every morning she let me know what time she would stop by. After every visit she sent pictures and a written note of how the cats behaved and what food she gave them or what toys she had them play with. She was super patient with my shy kitten, who was getting over an upset tummy at the time. She gave him the probiotics as instructed and managed to get pictures even when he hid under the bed, and by day three he had warmed up to her! I definitely felt she took care of them as if they were her own cats, would book her again without a doubt.”

About: For the majority of my life, I have been absolutely in love with animals. I got my first soul puppy 18 years ago and my second 15 years ago. After losing my 18 year old pup in July, me and my 15 year old pup are missing the company. I am an extremely diligent pet owner who not only loves to have fun with pets but also likes enriching their lives. Your puppy's time with me will be filled with lots of love, attention and stimulation. My experience with dogs was heavily boostered after working the summer as a dog grooming assistant. I learned how to read body language, anticipate needs and prevent and resolve stressful situations. As a pet owner who raised two dogs from puppies to old men, I understand it takes a whole lot of patience, adaptability, and routine. I also have experience with administering oral medication. My partner and I work from home and our schedules are more likely than not, extremely flexible. This means, we get to give our full attention to the guests of the house! About: I grew up with 4 dogs who were the best siblings I could ask for. I always helped with feeding, bathing, walking, and keeping them entertained, including caring for our anxious dog who needed more attention. I was always the happiest when my parents allowed them to sleep with me. I moved to the US for college, and had to leave them with my parents in Brazil. They were definitely one of the hardest parts to leave behind and I miss them so so much. This is the first time I don't live with a dog, and I miss being around them, so I thought working with Rover was a great idea for me! I've never had a cat, but family and friends around me have, so I would take care of them often. I'm a full time student, however I always have breaks in between my classes. During these, I can make visits to pets and walk them, and I'm usually free all day on weekends. I plan to follow the policies of each individual client in their homes. I want to learn each pet's favorite places around the house and where they feel more comfortable, where they like to play, etc.

About: Outside of family pets growing up, I have experience raising, training, and caring for a golden doodle puppy at 23. I was also the partial caretaker for a rescue dog from 2016-2018. Since then I’ve taken care of roommates dogs, and have built a repertoire as a dependable pet sitter amongst friends. I love long walks and outdoor fun, but am just as happy being a couch potato pal. “Zwany is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly accommodating and understands what a pet parent needs to feel comfortable leaving their baby with her and her family. I did a one night trial before a longer sit later this year to make sure both Tilly and Zwany would be comfortable with each other. Tilly had a great time and fit right in. Zwany asked all the right questions before the stay to make sure it would be successful and demonstrated that she was ready for any of tillys quirks that may pop up during her visit. I got a detailed review at pick up and I could tell Tilly was happy to be there! Zwany was so knowledgeable and caring. Can’t wait for Tilly to go back!”
