About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life! I grew up in Newburyport caring for and walking my own dogs, while also regularly walking dogs throughout my neighborhood. In college, I took my love for dogs to a professional level and worked at a dog daycare for two years, where I cared for and walked up to 50 dogs in a day. That experience taught me how to handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, energy levels, and personalities, from playful pups who want to run and explore to dogs who prefer a slower, more relaxed stroll. I’m comfortable managing multiple dogs, reading their body language, and making sure every pup gets the attention, exercise, and care they need. Whether your dog needs a midday walk, some extra exercise, or simply a little companionship while you’re away, I’ll treat them like my own and make sure they have a safe, happy, and fun time! I work from home multiple days a week so I have good flexibility! Typically my remote days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, so I am able to get out and care for your pets on these days. I provide attentive, loving care tailored to each pet’s routine, including walks, feeding, playtime, medication, and plenty of companionship. I have two years of dog daycare experience caring for up to 50 dogs, plus years of personal experience with dogs, walks, feeding, and playtime.

About: My family has had dogs since I was a kid, I grew up with a Dalmatian, Black Lab, and Golden Retriever. I have also dog sat for neighbors, friends, and others since I was 14 years old. I absolutely love hiking and spending time with animals so this is less of a job and more of a fun way to spend time! I work from 10-6 Monday-Friday but have an hour break. I can be there in the mornings, on my break, and during the night to care for the pets. I will care for your pet and your home as if it my own. I am very respectful of others spaces and animals. I am happy to help out with any needs and I will do so in a way that best suits what each client needs/wants.

About: While I've been taking care of dogs since my family adopted two of our own (10+ years), I really began taking an active caregiving role in the past 8 years. From feeding my neighbors dogs, to house sitting multiple dogs at one time in the city and suburbs, to fostering dogs, there is little I won't do to spend time with your pups! While in college, I became a certified dog walker by the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), walking dogs at the Brandywine Animal Shelter. In addition to my experience with dogs, I have also been riding horses since 2010 and as a result, feel very comfortable with animals of all shapes and sizes. Working with animals for so long, I know how hard it can be to gain the needed trust for a successful petsitting experience, for both the sitter and the animal. I believe I execute the patience, understanding, and compassion needed to connect with new animals and make them feel at home while in the hands of a petgiver. While I am currently working full time, I have a very flexible hybrid schedule. I can be available mornings (before 8), mid day (12-1) and/or evenings (after 5) for walks several days of the week, as well as on weekend (walks and overnights). I place very high importance on exercise and attention! Ensuring that your dog gets sufficient outside time to run and play is critical for not only their health, but for their happiness! While with your dog, they will be the center of attention, receiving the same love and cuddles that I give my own. I can easily crate a dog, give medicine, feed, on and off leash walks, care for multiple together, the list goes on. Lastly, I try my best to stimulate a similar environment as the one your dog is used to to make them feel as safe and comfortable with a new sitter as possible.
