When Pepper got sick, she kept us updated so that when we took her to the emergency vet the day we arrived we had the details of when it started. The house was clean when we arrived and you can tell she treated our girls well :) Fig panicked and cried when Rev said goodbye and left when we got home so that says a lot!!”

Paul took a lot of time to ask really thoughtful questions about the dogs' needs, their routine, and even took the dogs on a practice walk before our trip to familiarize himself with them and the neighborhood. We also really appreciated that he does not book multiple clients at a time (e.g. a drop-in client while housesitting), and being fully remote, he dedicated 100% of his time to our dogs and home. He sent daily updates with photos and videos, and answered any questions we had while we were away immediately. Our house was in great shape, he had laundered and cleaned everything before leaving, and the dogs were happy and healthy when we returned home. I would work with Paul again without hesitation and highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and reliable caretaker for their pet and home.”
