Victoria did a fantastic job with Charlie. Her communication was excellent from start to finish: she kept me updated throughout and was easy to coordinate with. Charlie clearly had a great time and came home happy. I'll definitely be booking with Victoria again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive sitter.
Xiaoyuan and William did an amazing job with Kaz. They sent me a lot of great videos and photos. They were great at communicating and being flexible. By the time I picked up Kaz, he was walked and fed already so all I had to do was take him home which I really appreciate. I definitely plan to hire Xiaoyuan and William again!
Hana was fantastic. She took great care of my pup, and was very available with updates and pics. I also had some travel delays during my booking, and she was very flexible with my pick up. She put me at ease leaving my pup with her. I highly recommend Hana for dog boarding.
Appreciate the adaptation and communication! A bit harder to plan around Nainika's meeting schedule than other Rovers but she was adaptable and drop off Bentley when our flight was delayed, and I did a "silent drop off" using her door code to drop him off with her while she was on meeting. She sent pictures of Bentley peeing in the house -- he needed a bit more of a walk than just being let outside in the backyard during a heavy rainstorm. Unfortunately, did loose one of his toys, but offered to cover the cost of replacement.
Alec and Damien are superstar pet sitters! They took such great care of my dog while I was away. They communicated helpful updates and provided a really calm and fun environment for my slightly anxious pup, Poppy. I felt reassured while traveling that my dog was in good hands and feel really grateful that they were available to watch Poppy!
We had such a great experience with Michaela! Our pup stayed with her for two weeks, and we couldn’t have been more appreciative of her help. Michaela was attentive, caring, and made sure he was happy and comfortable throughout his stay. We also really appreciated the consistent photo updates. It was amazing to know he was doing well and being so well taken care of. Ru can’t wait to be back!
Phillipa was absolutely wonderful! She was very communicative, sent lots of pictures, and just took the absolute best care of Leo. I was out of town for a week and knew that Leo was having the best time going on lots of walks and getting lots of cuddles. Will absolutely be rebooking!
Fantastic experience with Scottie! He was incredibly attentive to Indy and very communicative. He made sure my pup had plenty of comfort, snuggles, a clean and welcoming home, and tons of fun. I also got some adorable photos throughout his stay. Extra props for having plenty of dog supplies on hand and the expertise to handle whatever might come up. Scottie is clearly a true animal lover, a great guy, and has a wonderful dog-friendly home away from hime. Indy was in excellent hands!
Rongan was amazing when it came to caring for our puppy, Cashew. She was incredibly communicative and had a deep understanding of the intricate details involved in puppy care. I highly recommend her services and will definitely book with her again in the future. She truly deserves a perfect 10/10 recommendation!
Charlotte took excellent care of our timid velcro pup, Lola! She sent us frequent updates and pictures throughout the boarding, asked thoughtful questions about our dog's needs, and provided a stress-free environment. She was knowledgeable, communicative, and attentive. Seeing Lola wagging her tail on walks with Charlotte gave us so much peace of mind while away from home. We had a lovely experience boarding our medium sized often skittish Lola with Charlotte and would absolutely book with her again.
