Winn responded promptly, and we set up a time to meet beforehand; the whole thing effortless. Within seconds, Bella found a tennis ball and was sitting by Winn's side for pets. Highly recommend Victoria! She is amazing! She took wonderful care of Duke, meticulously following all of his dietary needs and daily routines. I highly recommend Shuhua! Shuhua accepted my booking very last minute, and I’m so grateful she was able to accommodate Zoe. She kept me updated throughout Zoe’s stay, sent me lots of photos, and took her on many walks. Zoe is a small, sweet dog with lots of energy, and I could tell from the photos that she was happy, comfortable, and really enjoyed her stay with Shuhua. Shuhua was also very responsive to my messages, polite, and easy to communicate with. I felt reassured knowing Zoe was in good hands. I would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her! Eddy was absolutely wonderful with our Birdie while we were away for a wedding! He sent us tons of updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was happy and well cared for. Even more wonderfully, when our return flight was delayed, Eddy kindly and graciously kept Birdie for one extra night without hesitation. We were so grateful for his flexibility and understanding! The pickup and drop-off were also tremendous—everything was seamless, easy, and incredibly convenient. It’s clear that Eddy genuinely cares about the dogs in his care, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Danielle put me and my anxious dog Josey at ease right away when we met her and her dog Moose. It is clear that Danielle loves dogs and is a skilled communicator with them. Josey enjoyed her weekend stay very much. Danielle sent updates and photos each day, and the drop off and pickup arrangements were easy. She is a great find!
