But I wanted to write this review anyway because we did have fairly contact with her while making the arrangements. Jana is extraordinarily contentious, kind, and careful - both with her own dog and ours, during the meet and greet and afterwards, as we were trying to figure out whether we would have to cancel or not. She took extra time during our meeting to spend time with both dogs, without us present.”

“Lucy did an amazing job watching my dog Rory for a longer (almost 2 week) trip. She sent multiple updates/pictures daily which really helped me feel at ease, especially because I could see how much fun Rory was having! When I picked her up, she was definitely glad to see me but seemed sad to leave Lucy :) Rory is looking forward to her next visit!”

“Lily was exceptional. This was my first time using Rover and we (my dog and I) had a great experience. Lily walked us through using Rover, did two meet and greets (one to meet my dog and a second to make sure my dog was a good fit with another dog she would be caring for). She communicated quickly and clearly and I felt my dog was in extra good hands since Lily is an experienced vet tech and her partner also loves dogs. “Emma is a fantastic and kind human being with years of experience as a dog owner herself. I remember the day I had to go on a work trip out of state and desperately needed a dog sitter for my beautiful baby Border Collie Lulu (at the time) and she was accommodating and took up the job for the time I was out. She would make sure that I knew that my baby was alright and let me know if anything had happened. She was so gentle and patient with Lulu and my dog absolutely loved her, that's how you know someone's true character. I was extremely satisfied with her handiwork and she would be the first person I would call.”

Angfei had a phone chat with me regarding Dundun’s preference (eating, sleeping etc) before I made the booking. She was very nice to accommodate a last minute date change. During Dundun’s stay, Angfei sent me many pictures and videos. Clearly, Dundun had a great time there and played very well with their dog KK. We're immensely grateful to have found such wonderful sitters and will definitely rebook with them in the future.”

About: Throughout most of my life, I've been fortunate enough to have dogs as beloved companions. At one point, we were blessed to share our home with three furry friends simultaneously: a Maltese, a husky, and an Australian Shepherd. Meanwhile, my partner also had the joy of growing up alongside two dogs throughout his life. Our hearts are deeply devoted to these wonderful creatures, and we believe they are simply superior to humans in their unconditional love and loyalty! :) I am currently a student at northeastern university which means I have worked my schedule around having a pup. I always have time in the morning for a great adventure. I come home for lunch and walk my dog to Fenway Park. In the evenings, we go for another adventure or meet our dog friends for a doggy playdate!
