She communicated with us right from the start and set up a meet and greet where she asked questions about our puppy's routine, needs, and preferences. We were nervous immediately felt very comfortable leaving our brand new puppy with her. Aly sent daily updates and pictures throughout our vacation and we could tell our dog was comfortable and happy. He fenced in back porch is perfect for a small dog like Romeo who wants to explore safely or a big dog that just needs some fresh air. She took him on walks and sent me videos and pictures to let me know he was not only safe, but having fun. We called it a “sleepover” and my pup had so much fun he gave her a million kisses before he left. Her dog is a cuddly love bug who played gently with my 3.8 lb pup. Upon dropping him off, just a day after booking, Oksana and Jake had already reviewed my notes, assuring me that they could provide him the care he needs. Their home is not only spacious and clean but also has a backyard where dogs can freely roam! Because they work remotely, they provided Kuiper great companionship. While away, they consistently sent me pictures of him snuggled on the couch, enjoying walks, and playing fetch.
