She took great care of my two cats (and my home), and they really liked her based on the numerous pictures she sent where it appeared they were following her around, and not just to the wet food. What's more, Marilyn goes above and beyond. When I left for my trip and Marilyn was to begin residency the following day, my neighbor texted me and showed me that there was a window situation where a cat could escape. Even though her duty started the next day, Marilyn made a special trip to confirm cats were safe, and to fix the window situation. She even washed the bedding and towels I had left her so I wouldn't have to do it when I got home, and she generously allowed my to book two more nights of her care when I wanted to extend my trip. Marilyn is very caring, considerate and flexible. I will definitely be requesting her services again. I recommend her highly as one of the best Rover caretakers I have encountered.”

“We have used rover many times to have a house sitter stay with our dog Sophie while we went on vacation. Alicia is a standout animal sitter who has earned our trust as an incredibly reliable and trustworthy house sitter. We did a meet and greet initially to introduce her to our dog and the rundown of our house - our dog Sophie loved Alicia. We provided her a summary of relevant information before we left, she proactively communicated conflicts in her schedule when she needed to tend to her own personal matters (which we arranged for a friend to help with a short visit two times when Alicia had a long day at work), and she delivered on all the responsibility she committed to including taking Sophie for multiple walks a day, providing her medicine every night, and refilling the water and food bowls as specified. She had one emergency to tend to for her cat and I really appreciate her candor in communicating this to us. We would re-hire Alicia for either dog walking or house sitting without hesitation and really appreciate respectful guests like her who leave our house in a cleaner state than we left it. She even took out our garbage on trash pickup day and stripped the bed without us even having to ask her! It feels like she treated our home as if it were her own which I am extremely grateful for. I also want to mention that Alicia came in and out multiple times a day for her other errands without a car which means she was taking public transportation and walking which is yet another testament to how hard of a worker she is.”

After using Rover for the past 6 years with multiple different overnight sitters for our doodle, we had our best experience ever with Lindsay. She is by far the most professional sitter we have ever had. She stayed for four nights, starting relatively early on day 1 and ending relatively late on day 5. We received updates in the mornings and at night along with photos and videos. When we got home, the sheets were washed and the best was made, the house was spotless, and our dog was happy and well cared for. I would highly recommend Lindsay.
Katie was amazing with our dog, Luna. She clearly knows dogs well and loved our girl during our absence. She also took amazing care of our home and plants without us ever even asking. She communicated well and followed all of our instructions for Luna! Would absolutely book with Katie again!
Elizabeth was wonderful with our 10 month old puppy, Max! She made sure Max had plenty of time to get his energy out, took him for multiple walks and had him outside playing with her own dog! Elizabeth gave Max a great experience with socialization and play, which we really appreciated. :) Elizabeth followed care instructions perfectly, was in communication consistently and always shared pictures and videos! She is so kind and was very respectful of our home. We had such a wonderful experience with Eleanor ! She took care of Stanley for a few days and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was extremely communicative, reliable, professional, and so genuinely caring and sweet with him. She kept us updated throughout his stay, which gave us complete peace of mind, and it was very clear that Stanley was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We came back to a very happy pug!
