Hi, I'm Rowan! I am a full time dog walker and pet sitter, and I genuinely love my job. I do groups as well as solo walks, have experience with dogs of all sizes, and will accommodate to your animals' specific needs. I am certified in pet first aid and also have experience administering medication. If you prefer to have your dog wear a doggy seat belt, that's an option! If your dog needs to be given lunch after the walk, I can do that! Communication and reliability are of utmost importance to me. I have extra leashes and harness, always carry a first aid kit & water/water bowl, and am mindful of hot sidewalks in the summertime. I drive a Subaru Forester for optimal transportation for your pup. When picking up/dropping off or staying with your pet, I will leave your home exactly as I find it but with happier creatures inside.

It’s hard to believe that my pup has been walking regularly with Rowan for almost 2 years, but it’s safe to say that we all love Rowan. They are reliable, a great communicator, and easy to work with. Most importantly, they are great with the pup. It’s heartening to see how happy and comfortable my sometimes slow-to-warm-up dog is with Rowan. It was clear from the beginning that Rowan has a strong ability to build rapport with pups, both in making a connection and providing clear expectations, and that has become even more evident over time. Zan is wonderful w our young pup, Zalie, and has been super patient with her puppy tendencies and needs. Zalie loves her time w Zan and always comes home well exercised and content! I also love the photos and notes post-walk! Thank you, Zan!
Zan asked great questions during our meet n’ greet and left our house in great shape, even unfortunately having to shovel snow during our time away! Our pups seemed happy and tended to on their normal routine, wagging and relaxing in all the pictures sent to us, even our anxious one that sometimes needs unique accommodating. Pleased to have Zan help us out!

Schedule
I have been working full time as a dog walker and pet care aficionado for the past 4 years. My schedule is flexible and I am able to work around you and your pets' needs. I walk six days a week and do over nights and drop ins any day of the week.

- Information that is important for me to have prior to caring for your dog is their weight and size, aggression level, energy level, and temperament with other dogs. I would also like to know your comfortability with your dog traveling in my car and other needs.
