About: I grew up in a home with dogs, cats, bunnies, hens and roosters. I have never lived without caring for an animal! I love being outside, going for walks, playing and gardening. I am a mom of two school-aged boys and a proud owner of two tuxedo kitties whom we adopted nine years ago. I work part-time in the afternoons as an outdoor preschool art specialist. I am free between 9:30 am, and 1 pm everyday, and Wednesday and Thursday until 3 pm! I may also have early evenings free starting at the end of June. I have plenty of time in my schedule to help you care for your animals. Looking forward to meeting them! I am fun, gentle, playful and caring, and have a good instinct for what dogs and cats need. About: I have Volunteered at Angel Memorial through High School. I have Experience with Dogs Ranging from Pups to Elderly dogs. And Except All Breeds ( Pitbulls and Chihuahuas!!) . I am very familiar and ok with dogs who are very active/loud,pulling,nipping aswell jump! 🙂 I have a very Flexible work schedule and love to use it to spend time with things I absolutely love especially furry friends! About: I have a deep love and respect for non-human animals. Growing up with multiple indoor and outdoor cats and a family dog (a feisty miniature poodle!), I have developed a strong knowledge base of pet behavior. In my work as a pet caretaker, I look for and respond to behavioral cues and needs, allow space for pets to come to me and feel safe with me, adapt to pets' energy levels, encourage play, and bring a compassionate, patient, and responsible nature. I have most flexibility to take care of your pet on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Afternoons work well for me. Mornings depend on my schedule and pet parents' schedule. First, I greet the pet and check in on their overall wellbeing. If I am pet-sitting, I will take a quick look about their living environment to make sure that it is clean and safe. If I notice an accident or that the pet has gotten into something, I alert the pet parent. I take care of any in-home needs, and then I spend time connecting with the pet through play, attention, and treats (if allowed!). If I am dog-walking, I make sure to bring the pet's gear (leash, harness, poop bags, water, treats) and prepare a planned route.

About: My husband has had dogs all growing up and misses them! He is very good with handling and loving them. We would like our kids to have the same experience and exposure, while giving your pet care while you’re on vacation! We have taken care of friends’ dogs while they’ve been away and one suggested that we sign up for rover - so here we are! I work full-time at home and would love to take walk breaks with your pup! We have 3 young kids (ages 7, 5, and 4) who would love to play in the morning and evenings in the backyard with the dog and learn skills on taking care of pets at an early age. My husband would love to stay up petting your dog while he watches tv! We have active weekend schedules with sports events and social activities, and we'd love to bring your pup along or meet them back at home afterward for down time and movie night! We are lucky in the city to have a long driveway and 4-car garage with secure yard bordered by fence and stone wall. We live on a street with sidewalks. We are always in the driveway and garage - the dog would be welcome to explore! We live two blocks from Roslindale Square and are always walking in that direction to the library and shops.
