Phillipa is superb. She was very understanding and accommodating in dealing with my dog Leo's separation anxiety. Leo obviously adores her, and from the photos she sent, was very comfortable in her lovely home. He loves walking on the Commonwealth Mall and got a lot of exercise doing that while I was away. Consider yourself lucky if she has an opening when you need to go away.
Julie was wonderful with Latte! She took great care of her and kept me updated with messages and photos. She was also very understanding and flexible when I had an unexpected delay with pickup. I felt very comfortable leaving Latte with her and would definitely book with Julie again. Thank you so much! 😊
Tyler was great! He was very communicative and sent pictures every day throughout boarding. He answered every question I had promptly about my dog's first boarding experience. He started things off with a really great meet and greet to walk through his and his wife's process, where they walk the dogs, and everything they do to help the dogs feel welcome and get along with each other. We're excited to board her there again in the future!
Xavier was great with our am staff Daisy! He was very flexible and accommodating when our schedules ran later than expected and was super open with communication. He regularly sent updates and pics of our 12yo pup and took great care of her. I definitely recommend him for anyone looking!!
I was a little nervous leaving my dog Riley with new people because she’s so anxious, but we were able to meet beforehand with a meet and greet, which definitely helped make it more comfortable, and Riley was able to warm up thereafter. Great apt/backyard setup for dog sitting and we really appreciated the daily updates and pictures!
Lauren watched my Ree for a long weekend & I cannot recommend her enough!! She was thorough, caring, & reassuring. I received pictures with updates each day & was completely comfortable & at ease knowing she was in such good hands. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!! I rated five stars, but she deserves a 10/10!
Emma was absolutely fantastic! I had to book her last minute for our dog oakley due to something coming up, and she was so accommodating and wonderful with him. She was so prompt w her responses, sent regular updates and photos, even got him a toy, and I could tell he was in such great hands. I’ll definitely be using her again!
Peter and Jessica took such great care of Ruby. They invited us over beforehand for a quick meet&great, on their own time, to make sure she would be comfortable being dropped off the next day. They are very communicative and easy to reach and sent multiple picture updates each day. This was my first time using Rover in Boston and they made it seamless and stress free. Jing and her husband Jeremy took amazing care of Rusty while we were away for a 10 day vacation. Rusty was very happy there, playing in their yard and relaxing in their home.
