Zwany also asked me so many questions about my dog’s temperament, commands she knows, etc. I have only ever used boarding facilities in the past, but my dog absolutely loved staying with Zwany & Leandro! Amy was awesome as always !!! She was accommodating and understanding of our schedule changes and made Ghost feel at home while I was away for the weekend. This is the second time we booked her and will book her in the future again. Also shout out to her pup for being patient with Ghost.
I was a little nervous leaving my 5-month-old pup for the first time, but Kimberly was absolutely amazing! She took the time to learn about the Pumi breed so she could give my pup, Hugo, the best possible care. Her dog, Henry, was such a sweet and chill companion — perfect for Hugo’s socialization. Kimberly went above and beyond with daily updates and tons of photos throughout the day, which really put my mind at ease. She even helped reinforce some of Hugo’s training, and I noticed a real improvement in his behavior when he came home. Hugo returned happy, content, and clearly well cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience — I’ll 100% be booking with Kimberly again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful sitter!
Jim really saved me when I had a totally last minute request to board Clio. (Due to a medical emergency). He made it so easy and sent photos and updates and was completely flexible on when I would come back to pick her up. I can't thank him enough for taking such good care of her.
Karishma and Nicholas made themselves available on a last minute request to provide overnight care for our Samoyed, Bella. They took very good care of her and kept me updated with photos and status updates. I recommend them and definitely plan to use them again.
This was our second time leaving our dog with Charlotte and Mackenzie, and they were once again amazing! They’re caring, reliable, and highly communicative sending regular updates and photos that put us at ease. They also made sure our dog got her medication on schedule. Tegan was wonderful. Zag was very happy and always surrounded by good company with her friends. She was attentive, sent lots of photos, and always checked in if she had any questions or wanted to make sure something was normal. Very responsible, caring, and thoughtful. I could tell Zag was happy and even seemed to miss her afterward. Highly recommended!
Lillia boarded my dog for a weeks and took fantastic care of him! Communication was easy and prompt, and she was very attentive to his needs / schedule.
