I have separation gates in the house for curtain situations, an an dogs are leashed when outside with me at all times. all dogs are treated like family when in my home.

We have a nice courtyard with plenty of grass for quick potty breaks. There is also a field and the beach across the street from my home

Pet care experience
I've boarded and trained dogs for the last 9 years. I worked at a very prestigious dog training facility before covid shut things . My home is a well rounded, animal loving, environment. Also, we also have an 20 who works for a pet boardi g facility, 12yr old in the home. Just in case your pup does not like kids. They are well behaved and help with the business.
