Backup emergency contacts are appreciated! I typically do not let my dog friends off-leash, except in your enclosed yard or within a designated dog park. House-sit pet parents, please let me know of any active cameras in your space, and of any other humans who may have access to the living space during my visit.

I try to maintain your pet’s familar schedule as much as possible. For day-sit pups, I typically take at least two walks, including one just before I leave. I am happy to take them to the dog park for some fetch, tug, or running around with friends; alternatively we can play in your yard or living room! For house-sit friends, I make sure to set aside time to chill out together in addition to their regular schedule of food, walks, etc. We might take a nap together or watch a movie on the couch! My goal is to maintain a cozy, homey vibe while you’re away.

Dogs and cats have been part of my life since I was born. From telling our family dog, Mollie, “Don’t woof with your mouth full!” to caring for friends’ furry besties during vacations and life transitions, I typically find it easy to build a comfortable, affectionate rapport with new pet friends. Don’t hesitate to contact me for care of your anxious/leash-reactive pups or shy, reclusive kitties. I love meeting your pet where they are, whether that’s a need for mental and physical stimulation or a more chilled out approach! I am also very comfortable with administering oral medication, whether pills or liquid. Side note - I have basic experience caring for rabbits, and I’m always happy to discuss adding on services for various other species of pet! 🦜 🐁 🐠 🐍 🪴 (Yes, even plants.) Just walk me through your buddy’s unique needs, and I’ll let you know if I’m up for the challenge.
