“Eva is so kind, attentive, and highly responsive. Her communication is consistently clear and prompt—I’ve never had to wait too long for a reply from her. She is also very accommodating and flexible, which I appreciated. My cat seemed comfortable in all the photos she shared and I would absolutely go back to her again in the future.”

About: Dogs have been in my life since I was born! I have experience for caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds while volunteering at the animal shelter as well as pet sitting for various animals throughout my life and taking care of our golden retrievers at home! My experience allows me to understand communication signs from pets and adjust my approach to best fit your dog’s needs. Whether it’s extra comfort for an anxious pup, more play time needed for a rambunctious pup, or simply hanging out with a chill pup, I’m ready for everything! Although I currently work a 9-5, I am willing to take shifts both before (ending at 8:30am) and after my day job (starting at 5:30pm). Especially happy to spend time on the weekends caring for your puppy! Safety and communication are my main priorities when caring for dogs. I will have a watchful eye over your pup to ensure they aren’t getting into anything they aren’t supposed to. From my time volunteering at the animal shelter, I developed proper leash skills and etiquette.
“Megan is amazing! She is communicative, flexible, and professional. She did an amazing job with my 11 week old puppy and she will continue to be my first call when I need a sitter!”

About: My fiancée and I want to love your pet while saving for our wedding! Please read the bio below and feel free to reach out with any questions! We look forward to connecting with you! I've been a dog lover from the day I was born. Dolly and Rocket (Dalmatian and Golden Retriever) were my two childhood dogs that made me fall in love with man's best friend. When I lost Dolly and Rocket to old age, I began working at a local pet sitting service. It was the best decision I ever made. The 2 years of working as a professional pet sitter allowed me to experience a wide range of dog breeds, personalities, and ages and also exposed me to caring for cats. The demands of college required that I stop my pet-sitting but now that I have graduated , I am excited to return to pet sitting and get back to providing love and care to four-legged companions! I do pet-sit with my fiancée, Ameer (check him out in the photos). He has joined me for many pet sits over the years and is another devoted animal lover! Please let me know if there are any hesitations or questions about the both of us caring for your fur baby, especially if your little one is hesitant around men. Caring for your little one is a two-person job: I take the morning and evening shifts while Ameer handles the midday times. When I’m working in office during the day, Ameer stays with your little one to keep them company and handle any needs during the day. Then, I am there for long walks in the afternoon/evening and early morning walks to start your little one’s day off right! We treat your pets and home as if they were our own. This means above and beyond care to make sure your pets needs are met and your home is respected and kept clean. We are home bodies and love to curl up on the couch with a book/movie and a furry cuddle buddy next to us!
“Sasha was our kitty’s guardian angel while my fiancé and I went away on a very last minute week-long trip aboard. My kitty is notorious for being a diva and takes time to warm up to new people - but when Sasha sent pics of Olivia affectionately cuddling with her, my heart melted and I knew we picked the right cat sitter! Sasha was incredibly thorough with her daily reports and shared 15+ pics each time. It lessened the separation anxiety WE had while we were away. Thanks so much Sasha for giving Olivia the TLC she needed and giving us peace of mind.”

“Jumped in the last minute to help us with a skittish cat. She was AMAZING. Totally dependable, thorough and helped us get our kitty to the vet and back without incident. Really appreciated her thoroughness. Couldn’t do better for a pet sitter / carer.”

“Veronica was a wonderful sitter for my cat! Very communicative and respectful, and flexible when unexpected things came up! Would recommend 100% and would definitely book again!”

“Jessica is AMAZING! She took great care of my precious kitties and sent pictures so that I would not miss them as much. I am so grateful to be able to travel and not have to worry about my fur babies!”
“Caitlyn did a great job taking care of my cat while I was gone! She provided several pictures and detailed updates so I could stay informed of how everything was going each day. Would recommend her to others!”

About: I’ve had dogs in my own home/in my life for as long as I can remember! From walking to feeding to bathing, I’ve done it all. I’m currently a graduate student at Tufts University so am usually free most days for walks and/or drop-in visits! My schedule is very flexible, so even if Rover states I’m unavailable please don’t hesitate to reach out :) I have a fur baby of my own and have had dogs in my life since I was a child. My pup and I love to go on walks and I’m in charge of bathing him once a month as well. He’s also a pug, so I’m no stranger to having to clean a pup’s face and ears daily.
About: While I am new to these services professionally, I grew up with 4 small dogs (all at once!) and have lots of experience with senior and disabled dogs. Most comfortable with small to medium sized. Starting April 25th, I am completely free for services at almost any time of day! This is my free summer time as a student, but my schedule will change stating July when I begin work. I will update my calendar accordingly! I am always attentive to needs or concerns. I have a 650 sq ft apartment with plenty of parks and places for walking nearby. No crates, no other roommates but I stay home most of the day.
About: I have experience with puppies and take care of my family dog, lingo, who is around 50 lbs! I am a graduating senior at Northeastern University and have plenty of time to help take care of your pet. I am a student, so my schedule is flexible. Feel free to let me know whenever you need me! We can always work something out. I love dogs and have one of my own. I am very respectful and will take care of your pup as well as your space if I'm ever in your home.
“Jacqueline was great with my kitties! She was very communicative and helpful on keeping an eye on more than just my fur babies. If considering travel, you will have a piece of mind with Jacqueline caring for your pets!”

“Juliet was amazing with my three cats! She babysat my kittens for the first time I ever left them and she did a great job even though they are a little crazy. She took great care of my home and gave my cats lots of love. Highly recommend and I will be using her again!”

“Was incredibly attuned to my lil anxious Winston, provided consistent helpful feedback & was just overall a perfect pet sitter for my baby boy! I was nervous using rover for the first time, and Rachel exceeded my expectations & went above and beyond. Will be working with her again!”

“Willow is a great pet and pet-parent friend! She was extremely courteous and thoughtful in setting up the visit with my 3 pups. They liked her immediately and she had very good instincts on how to take care of them. 3 dogs = a few quirks and she made everything work! We’re looking forward to working with Willow again!”

Back Bay-Beacon Hill pet parents share their Rover experiences
Marie did a great job caring for our two cats while we were away. She kept me tuned in with daily reports and photos snd communicated well with any questions she had during visits. And she kept my container plants alive during very hot weather! Both cats were calm and relaxed when I returned.

Amanda took great care of my cat, Trinnie, over 3 consecutive weekends of travel while I adjusted to life in a new city. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure Trinnie had everything she needed and was very flexible and helpful when the automatic feeder had a malfunction. Her communication was excellent across all three bookings - with special mention to the update photos she captured! I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with a pet sitter and will definitely rebook for any future trips!

Cynthia was so great with our senior kitties! We needed someone on short notice and she was super responsive and easy to coordinate with. Both of our cats receive medication twice a day so it was super important for us to find someone who was comfortable with that responsibility. Cynthia made sure each one got what they needed and sent us detailed updates. We had an issue with our smart lock during one of her drop ins and she alerted us immediately and came back later that night after it was sorted to make sure our girls were taken care of. Would absolutely use her again in the future!

Jenna spent a weekend checking in on our two cats and she was fantastic with them. One of our cats can be shy with strangers, but he warmed right up to her and they had lots of play time together. Jenna’s communication was great and she catered to our cats’ personalities and needs.
