About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a kid and have always loved watching and walking my friends’ and family’s pets. I have significant volunteer experience at animal shelters and with service dogs in training and have been a sitter for my friends’ pets for my entire adult life. I am very flexible for July and August, with some occasional travel and conflicts of my own built in. I am happy to work out a time for you and your pets! About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have experience caring for both small and large breeds. Back home, I have two dogs—a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Samoyed—and I’ve spent years walking them, playing with them, and making sure they get the exercise, attention, and care they need. I understand that staying in a familiar environment helps pets feel comfortable and secure. I make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship while keeping the home clean and treating it with the same respect I would my own. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and worry-free while you’re away.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs, both larger and active like my lab and smaller dogs like my chihuahua mix. I’ve dog watched before, usually two dogs at a time. I’ve had to give oral medication while pet sitting as well. I have classes from Monday through Thursday until 2pm. I can always do a walk or drop-in on those days, but I’d only be available for overnights Thursday-Saturday. I usually care with a respect to what the dog needs. Some dogs need to play, get on a lot of walks, get their energy out. Others need a companion while there family is gone and just need some cuddles. Some are a mixture of both. I make sure to respect what the client requests, the dog’s basic needs, and the dog personality for care.

Nicole was an amazing pet sitter and extremely reliable throughout the three days she cared for my cats. She always arrived at the agreed time, stayed for the full 30-minute visit, and was very attentive to every detail. She carefully fed them and made sure their automatic litter box, water fountain, and feeder were all working properly. She also sent me plenty of pictures and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my trip knowing my cats were safe and well cared for.
