Hello! My name is Ingrid. I’ve had about 8 years animal handling/pet sitting experience. I have also worked in an animal hospital for the last 5 years where I was a dog walker and kennel worker. In that role, I was in charge of walking, feeding, and medicating dogs and cats while they were boarded at our facility. I am a now a vet tech/assistant where I monitor vital signs and administer medications- SQ, by mouth, in the ear, IV and IM. I have experience handling animals of any and all ages and breeds. So I welcome any pet for quality care. I am going to be Pet First Aid trained and working toward CPR certification as well.

Due to renting issues, I am not able to offer care at my place yet! Once I have my own place, I would love to provide my space for any pet if needed. In a client’s home, I would be super respectful of the space and clean up after myself. I tend to wash any bowls or dishes I use for the pets. If available, I like to recycle any cans of wet food if shown where to place it.

Ingrid is a very reliable and caring cat sitter. Our cat has many medical issues but Ingrid was able to take care of her while we were away and we came back and our cat did not show any signs of distress. Wholeheartedly recommend Ingrid for pet care services!!
Our cat recently started having to take medications and Ingrid graciously accepted to take care of our cat, despite the additional effort to give our cat her medications. Ingrid has a ton of experience with administering medicine for pets, and our cat was given the care and attention she needed during Ingrid's drop ins. We 100% trust Ingrid with taking care of our cat when we are out of town.
We needed a petsitter fairly last minute, and Ingrid came to the rescue! She did a fantastic job taking care of our bunnies. She took lots of pictures and provided detailed reports on how they were doing, which enabled us to travel worry-free! I would definitely book Ingrid again.

Our cat had very specific needs with her food and Ingrid was very helpful in making sure she was taken care of and gave a daily report about how much she was eating during her visits

Schedule
I am working full-time - so my availability depends on my days off and scheduling either before or after work. But I will mention my availability upfront with each request as I have an alternating 2 week schedule.
