We had a wonderful experience with Kat and Matthew! This was our Suki's first overnight stay away from home, so we were naturally a little nervous, but they made us feel completely at ease from the start with their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. They were very thorough with their drop-off instructions and were so receptive/attentive to the "Suki Care Guide" we provided, which was much appreciated! During Suki's stay, they sent detailed daily updates with lots of pictures and videos and were always quick to respond, which gave us so much peace of mind. Suki was a little anxious and whined her first night, but Kat and Matthew were incredibly patient and understanding, helping her settle in and become much more comfortable over the following nights. We also really appreciated that they kept up with Suki's regular grooming by brushing her during her stay, which showed how much they truly cared about maintaining her normal routine. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better first overnight boarding experience. Suki was in such caring, attentive hands, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with Kat and Matthew again. We highly recommend them!
Rikka is a fantastic, one-of-a-kind sitter. She took care of my cat, Louis, for almost three weeks and treated him like her own. She was respectful, considerate, kind, and loving—I actually think Louis misses her! While I was away, it truly felt like Louis was on his own vacation, which meant everything to me.
