She was very detailed and made sure to ask many questions so she could understand what was required. She made us feel at ease and promised to take good care of him. She is supper friendly and clearly loves dogs. We got a few pictures and updates. As parents it’s never enough but if we had communicated she would have been happy to send more I am sure. He was healthy and very happy when we picked him up so a great stay. We would book again.

Agustin is the absolute BEST! Oliver had the time of his life with him, and I would truly recommend him to anyone. Kathy was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was very accommodating timing wise for a meet and greet with her pup. Throughout my dog’s stay with her, she sent lots of photos and updates. Dalin was fantastic with our pup. She asked great questions before we left and went out of her way to make sure Linxie was comfortable, happy and well taken care of. She sent us updates, pictures and videos while we were away. Linxie and Dalin's dog Charlie got along very well. Our girl came back very relaxed and happy!
