Dog lover - Available & flexible !
I’m a 35 year old Dog lover located in Somerville, MA about a mile from Union Square. Growing up we always had dogs & cats. I grew up in a family obsessed with Great Danes, then when I was in grade school we took a dramatic turn and got our first Pug (and then our 2nd), and then a Boston Terrier... and the rest is history! I believe dogs deserve just as much respect as anyone else. I can guarantee love & affection and a happy dog! I have extensive experience with both large and small dogs. I’ve looked after dogs for a few days up to weeks at a time. I do not book multiple dogs at the same time, unless they have the same owner. I think dogs are some of the best companions out there, and look forward to meeting yours :)

Schedule
I adjust my schedule to fit their needs. There’s nothing that comes before the wellbeing of an animal, and i strongly believe that (even if that sounds cheesy!). They will always be a number 1 priority. I essentially base my day around them, as they give me as much pleasure & solace, as I hope i’m able to give them.

I try to give pets the most comfortable and familiar experience as they are used to on a day to day basis. Obviously it’s not the same as “at home”, but I always do my best to make comfort a priority while boarding a dog. Especially including: adhering to their typical walk schedule, bathroom breaks, eating schedule and sleeping/napping environment…
A typical day
I live in Somerville, in a nice residential area. Im very close to Washington St. Dog Park, only if your pup is friendly with other dogs & comfortable off-leash, otherwise (on-leash, or not, which would obviously be addressed beforehand), I love going to Fresh Pond for longer or shorter walks depending on the day, or even out to Newton/Weston area if that’s something that would be of interest, depending on the pup. As mentioned in my profile, I’ve grown up & watched dogs my whole life. I always make sure to give photo/video updates (if that’s what you’d like), and i can guarantee plenty of attention and a clean safe home environment where pups/dogs are treated like family!
