Charlotte took excellent care of our timid velcro pup, Lola! She sent us frequent updates and pictures throughout the boarding, asked thoughtful questions about our dog's needs, and provided a stress-free environment. She was knowledgeable, communicative, and attentive. Seeing Lola wagging her tail on walks with Charlotte gave us so much peace of mind while away from home. We had a lovely experience boarding our medium sized often skittish Lola with Charlotte and would absolutely book with her again.
Shana took awesome care of my pup! I plan to use her again. She was also super flexible and very easy to plan and communicate with. I had a slightly earlier pick time as my flight home changed several times due to a cancellation, rebooking, and then two more delays so her flexibility was really helpful and made everything easy!
We left Winnie with Maja for a week while we were away. Winnie can be dog aggressive and likes to pull on the leash especially when she sees bunnies, but it seemed like Winnie did great with Maja. She can also become depressed by the end of the week when we leave her but she seemed to get more comfortable with Maja as the week went on and when I picked her up! Maja was great with communication and sending pictures daily!
Highly recommend Kolin! He took fantastic care of my cat, Louis, and completely eliminated my travel anxiety. He was flexible with scheduling, communicative, and sent regular updates and photos. Louis had a great space to explore and hang out with Kolin and his roommate. He communicated concerns to me effectively. Louis was happy and ready to go when I got back—will definitely be booking him again!
What can I say? There simply aren’t enough superlatives to thank Zarah & Honey for their care & kindness getting Alfred settled for his first sleepover. Every detail is arranged… what he likes, what he does, what he shouldn’t do! 😂 Honey is the perfect 7 year old companion… especially if your dog is anxious around others… she is trusting, kind and doesn’t mind them getting attention from her Momma. The set up is wonderful with huge country walks around Emerald Necklace in Jamaica Plain and photos and info sent to you always, to keep your mind at ease or just to make you smile. We were so grateful… this will open doors for us for breaks AND visits to the UK. In fact, Alfred is booked in for ten days at the end of October, and for the first time I’ll be able to breath… just knowing he is in great hands. Thank you.
Andrea is fantastic! I was thrilled to book Andrea’s services, as she is the ultimate professional. We needed 5 nights of overnight coverage for our 3-year-old labradoodle puppy. Andrea very kindly answered all my questions about how she would care for Sammy. She took excellent care of him for 5 days and nights. Throughout Sammy’s stay, Andrea sent many pictures of a very happy puppy. Sammy typically has a lot of eye secretions, and Andrea followed all of our instructions and did an excellent job of keeping his eyes clean and healthy. Sammy came home happy, healthy, and tired from playing with the other dogs. We feel so lucky to have found Andrea and highly recommend her dog sitting and boarding services!
Tauryn was wonderful to my dog, Ozzie! She's a great communicator and I got so many pictures and updates, and knew he was in great hands the whole time. They went for lots of walks, even to the farmer's market. With her schedule, it was super easy to coordinate pickup and drop off. Thanks for giving Ozzie such great care, Tauryn!
