From that very first message, I knew my furbabies were going to be in great hands. This was my very first time ever boarding my pets, so naturally I was a nervous wreck. Exchanging information with her was effortless—she was always quick to respond, super easy to communicate with, and, as a bonus, just genuinely fun to chat with, even about non-pet things! What really blew me away was the full-service experience. She came all the way to my home to pick up my babies and then brought them safely back afterward. That level of care and convenience made the whole process unbelievably easy, and it really showed how dedicated she is to both her clients and their pets. I honestly don't think my first boarding experience could have been any better. Rida was an amazing sitter. She and her partner took incredible care of my cat while I was away for 2.5 weeks. Rida was always quick to respond, and the daily updates/photos gave me so much peace of mind. My cat is usually a bit shy, but it was obvious how comfortable he became with them. Our 9 year old pit bull mix lived with Anneta for 10 days while we were away on vacation. Anneta sent us photos and videos everyday and did a wonderful job taking care of our dog. I was a little nervous because our dog can be aggressive towards other dogs and is also quite strong. Anneta handled her with ease and our dog loved Anneta.
