About: I love animals and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I’ll take care of your dog or cat as if they were my own. I’m also a pet parent myself - I have a British Shorthair cat named Bella, and she means the world to me. Because of that, I completely understand how important it is to feel confident and at ease when leaving your pet with someone else. I have experience walking dogs and caring for pets through Wag, where I hold a 5-star rating. I’ve been doing pet care part-time and have completed a variety of services, including home visits, cat sitting, dog sitting, and daily walks. I’ve also done longer stays (4–7 days), so I’m comfortable handling routines, feeding schedules, and giving pets plenty of companionship. Your pet will be safe, loved, and well cared for with me - and we’ll definitely enjoy our time together. I currently have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. Since I’m not working full-time right now, I’m able to give your pets lots of attention, playtime, and consistent care. I can easily adjust to your pet’s routine and needs. I always prioritize safety. I make sure doors are closed securely, pets don’t slip outside, and dogs are always taken out on a leash. I follow your feeding instructions exactly and never give pets anything outside their normal diet. I keep their space clean, calm, and comfortable so they feel safe while you’re away.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - East Boston
Lauren was super friendly super cute, on time (annd even early!) and my dog loved her! She followed directions perfectly, made sure my dog had water spray to cool him down and freedom was very happy to see her again! Lauren has a bubbly personality that makes her especially fun to be around.. Trust 100% with my dog. Highly recommend her for your pet!

We had an emergency and needed a last minute walk on a Saturday afternoon. Britney replied right away and was flexible and very communicative. She was great with our pups and I felt that I could trust her. One of our dogs has been reactive on the leash lately and she was confident it wouldn’t be a problem for her. Would totally recommend and have her again!

Karley has such an enthusiasm with new dogs, my dog warmed up to her immediately on the first walk. My dog is not a “licker” but sure licked Karley in appreciation and happiness. In our our communications she was warm and very responsive and even offered help in finding someone on a day she couldn’t make it . It was a pleasure having her walk Freedom and I am extremely lucky she could do it . Most importantly , I trust her with my dog. I highly recommend her and will use her again.

Jenin is amazing!!! She is so warm and friendly my dog loved her right away!! We did a meet and great prior to our walks and Jenin was sure to ask about any allergies or medications my dog potentially needed. She then did an amazing job walking him and locking up our home after the walk! One day it was raining outside so she took the time to play with our pup to ensure he was stimulated for the day! I cannot say enough kind words about Jenin and Clyde, my pup, is excited for his next walking sessions with her!!

Sam is incredible! She has an innate love of dogs that absolutely comes through in how she relates to them. Our dog Ari can be a bit slow to warm up to others and she adored Sam immediately. Not only that, but Sam is prompt, reliable, and communicative. You never have to worry about your dog being well taken care of with Sam. Will definitely book again!

Nicky took such great care of our senior dog, Gracie, while we were out of town for a few days! She communicated well with us and was flexible in adjusting the walking schedule when we found out there would be fireworks one night during Gracie’s nighttime walk. She always made sure the water bowl was full and send us cute pics and updates! Thank you, Nicky!!!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
