About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember! I’ve grown up caring for dogs and have always treated them like family—from feeding and walking them to making sure they feel loved, safe, and comfortable. I’ve had experience caring for dogs throughout their senior years, so I understand the extra patience, attention, and care they may need. I truly love animals and will care for your pup like they’re my own! I work full-time in person Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, but I’m available on evenings and weekends to give your pets the love and attention they deserve! About: I grew up with dogs and trained my yorkie from puppyhood, so I understand how to build good habits and create a calm, friendly environment for dogs. With a background in animal science and behavioral neuroscience. I’m patient and attentive to each dog’s behavior and needs. also lots of play and walk! I can only care for dogs under 25lbs due to my apartment size, my own dog’s size, and my physique. This is to ensure your baby has enough room to play and safe to walk around with me. I am working remotely on Wednesday and Friday. My work is flexible and usually very chill on these days. I bring my own dog to dog parks and meet his dog friends throughout the day during these two days. On weekends, i bring my own dog to nearby big parks, hiking trails, beaches, and lake and I will make sure to do that with your dog too. Playtime guaranteed! I live in a small apartment in a large complex with a courtyard and rooftop green spaces, and I’m also close to two neighborhood parks and a fenced dog park where I take my own dog—a friendly 4-year-old Yorkie—every day. Dogs staying with me get regular walks, attention, and a calm environment; they’re welcome to sleep on the bed if they like, but I’m also completely comfortable following crate routines if that’s what they’re used to. I have worked with animals in the past and have experience in administering medications orally or through sub-q/ip injections.

In the world of pet-sitting, some dogs need specialized attention to details and extra care/protection compared to their counterparts, but they can be just as loving and empathetic. My wife and I will make sure they're in an environment where they feel safe and nurtured while living their best life! Priority is for everyone to feel happy, comfortable, and safe. My wife and I alternate working remote from home to working in office, so we will coordinate one of us to be looking after your dog at our home while we work during the day. We have a small shared fenced condo yard as well as easy walking distance to the local dog park near L Street Beach, and Joe Moakley park. I’m happy to stop by after work for walks, feedings, or check-ins, and I have more flexibility on weekends. I’m reliable, caring, and would love the opportunity to make your pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away! I’m happy to care for pets in my home or in your home, depending on what works best for you and your pet! I have two roommates who are both animal lovers and are happy to welcome a furry friend into our home for overnight stays. I’ll always follow your pet’s routine and instructions to help them feel comfortable, safe, and at home. In your home, I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, care, walks, meals, and love while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible.
“Irina was amazing!! This was the first time i had left my pup with someone on rover and was very nervous. My dog is 7 years old and has some weird quirks- but couldn’t ask better than Irina! She got so many walks and I got so many pictures and videos of her while I was away. Her place is nice and clean and after the first day I knew my dog was in good hands!”

“Kevin was communicative and flexible in looking after, Dax, our golden retriever. He was willing to meet us in advance of Dax’s stay for a meet and greet where she was able to explore his house, get to know Kevin and his girlfriend, and for me to share a bit about Dax, her routine and her temperament. Then Kevin was willing to accommodate an early morning drop off and late evening pick up which was necessary due to my travel times. During the stay he shared lots of photos and I believe Dax had a low-key and relaxing time. She came back calm and happy. Thank you!!”
