Jing was communicative and so friendly. I received regular updates and was not concerned about Lola at all making our time away very relaxing. She even made accommodations for alternate drop off and pick up sites due to road closures caused by construction. I would absolutely book again.
Our dog Breezy seemed to enjoy her stay and we’d book with Tauryn again! She was a good communicator, followed our instructions, and she sent photos each day. From the initial visit, Breezy seemed comfortable with her and her house, which doesn’t happen with all new people.
Natalie was absolutely amazing with Leo and Nala! From the very beginning, she was so intentional during our meet and greet and took the time to really get to know both of them, their personalities, and what they needed before we even handed them over to her. That meant so much to us and made us feel completely comfortable leaving them in her care. Throughout their stay, Natalie sent plenty of updates and kept me in the loop, which gave us so much peace of mind. It’s very clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs she takes care of, and she is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. We truly have nothing but great things to say about Natalie. Leo and Nala were so well cared for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to have her watch them again. We will absolutely be rebooking with her!
ARIANNA ROCKS!!!! Not only did she renewed my faith in Rover again after having two bad experiences with sitters who confirmed and then ghosted me, but the way she and her family cared for my Pepper was PRICELESS!!! Pepper IMMEDIATELY gravitated to her and the family! THANK YOU for making Pepper feel like family! She even misses her son, who cried as Pepper left which made me get emotional! Ayanna was great! I needed a dogsitter on short notice and she replied very quickly and helped me out of a pinch. She's in a great location with a big park right near by! My pup was well cared for and very happy. She sent some pictures and updates even for a really short stay
Casey took excellent care of our dog Odin and is fantastic with communication! She’s quick to respond and flexible with scheduling. She’s very attentive and proactive about understanding Odin’s needs and personality. Odin loved Casey right away and he definitely made a new friend! I would absolutely recommend Casey to anyone looking for a sitter who is professional and will care for your dog like their own.
Sheila and her fiancé took great care of Winnie, we really appreciated the daily photos and videos of Winnie while we were away, it made us feel good knowing Winnie was in great hands and that she was not just taken care of but played with a lot- which she loves. Sheila met with us before a trip we planned earlier this year, and we had to cancel our plans- but later she also accommodated us on a short notice trip which was also so incredibly nice. We appreciate her flexibility and understanding and would love to have her watch Winnie again.
Zoe was fabulous. I was in a jam last minute to find a sitter and she responded right away and was able to watch my dog for 4 days while I was away on vacation. I was nervous that my dog would not respond well to her larger dog, but her dog was so gentle with mine, they were able to be together in the yard and in the house, no problems.
