I appreciated his communication from the start and the thoughtful questions about Benji’s routine. I also loved the photo updates and seeing that Benji was getting out and about. Mr. Su even added a bit more structure to Benji’s meals, which I really appreciated. He also accepted the booking on short notice when my other plans fell through, which meant a lot. Benji looked like himself in every update- relaxed and happy and it was clear he was in excellent hands. I’m extremely grateful to have found Mr. Su, and Benji will definitely be staying with him again. Katya was great! We had very specific requests and needs for our pup and were worried about leaving him. She was very detailed and made sure to ask many questions so she could understand what was required. She made us feel at ease and promised to take good care of him. She is supper friendly and clearly loves dogs. We got a few pictures and updates. As parents it’s never enough but if we had communicated she would have been happy to send more I am sure. He was healthy and very happy when we picked him up so a great stay. We would book again.
Kayla took such great care of our pup and kept us updated with photos and messages. Fenix was happy, tired out with play and walks, and well loved. Kayla even looked out for her during the stressful July 4th fireworks. We will def book again and highly recommend her!

Jamie and her family took amazing care of our Ziggy. I knew as soon as we walked into her house during the meet and greet that Ziggy felt comfortable and enjoyed visiting with the other dogs and exploring freely. While we were away, Jamie sent pics and videos and I could see Ziggy was happy and staying busy. The next time she saw Jamie she was super excited, proof that she had a strong connection and enjoyed her visit. I’ll use Jamie again!
Brett was great with Copley! He kept us updated consistently throughout Copleys stay, including pictures of their adventures each day. Best of all was seeing the pictures of Copley and Pepper together by the pond. Brett was very responsive and easy to coordinate with as well.

She takes great care of her so much so we don’t worry a bit while away, even when gone for a long weekend.
