About: I’m a 3L in Law school currently working for the Animal Rescue League and Boston Dog Lawyers on legal protection for animals! I have cats and have worked and lived with dogs my whole life. I truly love animals and working on Rover. I am most available to pet-sit on the weekends, as a student I also have a great amount of flexibility in the mornings and afternoons. I do prefer clients in Somerville/Cambridge since that’s where I live I currently live with 1 cat which is an emotional support animal. We spend a lot of time playing and I keep his food, water and litter box clean

15. Leo S.
“Leo’s walked our dog three times now, and they’ve been doing a really great job! Dog in question is a 9 month old puppy (ball of energy) and Leo’s been great with him. Leo’s training as a certified trainer is a big plus, since they can keep up with the loose leash training when we’re not around. We’re big fans!”

About: I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I grew up with a house full of pets as a child (dogs, cats, rats, ferrets). As an adult, I spent 16 wonderful years with a mini-schnauzer who taught me all about life and caring for a dog with a lot of personality! I was lucky enough to be with him from when he was young and had lots of energy all the way through his senior years when he needed extra care and love. My partner and I are used to having a dog in our house and would love the opportunity to share our home with yours! I work from home with a very flexible schedule from Mon- Fri. I can change my schedule to suit the needs of your pet! While I sometimes travel on the weekends, if I am home I can be completely available for your pet. Currently my home has no pets so yours would get undivided attention from my partner and I. We have a backyard that has a patio section and a grass-ey section. It is ~90% fenced in. We lived with a senior dog in this apartment for a number of years which encouraged us to create a comfy and safe space.

About: I love dogs and have had one of my own. I miss him very much and since then have been open to being around dogs of all types. This would not only allow me to be around dogs again but will help me meet great new people that share with me, the love for animals. This is very new to me and I would of course need practice, but I can guarantee that this job will be much more than a job. It will be an experience that will have me enjoying every minute of my work. I an hoping to add some additional work to my week. Working with pets would be perfect. This will allow me to enjoy the company of a pet while also fulfilling the additional hours I require for work. While in my home I will provide pets will all the support they need. This will include a warm and comfortable place to sleep, feedings, regular walks/potty breaks, medication if needed, grooming/washing if needed etc. Along with the basic needs of the pet I will provide them with any extra care the owner would like me to deliver.
