About: I grew up in a household where there were always other animals around. At a time, I’ve had a maximum of 4 pets in my home, 2 at minimum. I grew up taking care of my sick-prone Chihuahua who I cared for until she was 16 years old. I am familiar with senior pets (both cats and dogs) and can administer basic sickness medication. I am an avid animal lover and would love to spend some time with your pet!!! I am a recent college graduate! I work remotely and my schedule is extremely flexible. While I can not offer care in my home for your pet(s) due to my housing, I have the flexibility to check-in for long and short periods of time, house sit, take animals on walk, administer basic medication, just love and cuddle on them—you name it. I am happy to work around your animal’s schedule and figure out what works best for you and them! In caring for your pet, my top priority is ensuring that your animal feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away, and that you feel safe and comfortable with my service! Your pet’s safety is my number one concern: I will take the time to learn your pet’s specific needs and ensure that their home is secure. I believe trust is the foundation of a great pet-sitting experience, so I will clearly communicate with you regarding your pet with regular updates and following your instructions! I am familiar with most safety systems, fences, gates, codes, etc… I myself am an anxious pet mom, so I am happy to meet you where you are at in regards to communication about your pet.

“Grace is awesome with my dog! She's super reliable and has gotten to know my dog and her reactivity triggers well. I appreciate her being mindful of the hot weather we've had recently and her being communicative. Highly recommend Grace!!”

“Nicole took the time to really gauge what Cocoa wanted each day. Some days all she wants is to play or get belly rubs and others she wants a long walk around the neighborhood. She always sent a report on how Cocoa was and what they did and included great pictures of her playing or getting pets. I couldn't recommend Nicole enough!”

About: I have spent the last three summers watching a family's cat and dog at their home for serveral weeks. Through this experience and that of having two cats and a dog growing up, I have gained years of skills in taking care of pets! I'm a student here in Boston. I'm currently taking summer courses right down the street at my university two days a week. when I am not at class, which is only an hour of my day, I will be hanging with your fur baby taking them out on walks or giving them pets as I do schoolwork. I have a safe environment in my apartment for the dogs to roam and play! The neighborhood that I live in has not just one park but two! I can bring your pets to both these parks to do the do or play! If you feel comfortable, I can unleash them in the fenced areas in one of the parks as well.
“Mirabel was great walking my dog! She was able to last minute walk him while I was in a bind trying to get him a walk while I worked! Would recommend her!”

“Emma is amazing. Great at communication, trustworthy and absolutely amazing with my dog. He is always looking forward to his walks with Emma and will for sure miss her!”

“Rachel was a huge help when I was out of town for the weekend, walking and feeding my girl who has some behavioral issues. She was communicative, kind, and most of all - great with my pup! Thanks for everything and will definitely book again!”

“Kayla is wonderful! Very detail oriented, caring, sweet and Benji loved her! She was very patient with me explaining all of Benji’s routine and was very diligent about following all of it. Highly recommend!!”

“Viktoriia is a wonderful and very caring dog walker! She walks my small shihtzu / yorkie every week. Viktoriia is always on time, incredibly thoughtful, goes the extra mile to make sure my dog is cared for and will always ask questions if she’s not sure about something. If you’re looking for a consistent and all round fantastic dog walker, Viktoriia is it! I can’t recommend her enough!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have experience caring for both small and large breeds. Back home, I have two dogs—a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Samoyed—and I’ve spent years walking them, playing with them, and making sure they get the exercise, attention, and care they need. I’ve also cared for smaller breeds, including Shih Tzus, so I’m comfortable adapting to different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or just wants companionship, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I work in research at Brigham Women’s Hospital and usually finish around 3–4 PM, so after that I have time dedicated to pet care. On weekends, I’m available for the full day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always respect their routine and follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications (if needed), and any special preferences. I understand that staying in a familiar environment helps pets feel comfortable and secure. I make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship while keeping the home clean and treating it with the same respect I would my own. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and worry-free while you’re away.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs, both larger and active like my lab and smaller dogs like my chihuahua mix. I’ve dog watched before, usually two dogs at a time. I’ve had to give oral medication while pet sitting as well. I have classes from Monday through Thursday until 2pm. I can always do a walk or drop-in on those days, but I’d only be available for overnights Thursday-Saturday. I usually care with a respect to what the dog needs. Some dogs need to play, get on a lot of walks, get their energy out. Others need a companion while there family is gone and just need some cuddles. Some are a mixture of both. I make sure to respect what the client requests, the dog’s basic needs, and the dog personality for care.

“Alissa is an amazing dog walker. We deeply appreciate how reliable and consistent she is, and how well she manages our dog with reactivity. She always comes on time and has been mindful of the summer heat when going on walks. Alissa has been an absolute asset to our family and we are wicked lucky to have her!!”

“Grace was wonderful! Very professional and caring. She took care of my Husky over the weekend which is no small task with such a high energy pup and she did better than I could have hoped for. I will definitely be using her again in the future and you should too.”

About: I have a deep love and respect for non-human animals. Growing up with multiple indoor and outdoor cats and a family dog (a feisty miniature poodle!), I have developed a strong knowledge base of pet behavior. In my work as a pet caretaker, I look for and respond to behavioral cues and needs, allow space for pets to come to me and feel safe with me, adapt to pets' energy levels, encourage play, and bring a compassionate, patient, and responsible nature. I have most flexibility to take care of your pet on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Afternoons work well for me. Mornings depend on my schedule and pet parents' schedule. First, I greet the pet and check in on their overall wellbeing. If I am pet-sitting, I will take a quick look about their living environment to make sure that it is clean and safe. If I notice an accident or that the pet has gotten into something, I alert the pet parent. I take care of any in-home needs, and then I spend time connecting with the pet through play, attention, and treats (if allowed!). If I am dog-walking, I make sure to bring the pet's gear (leash, harness, poop bags, water, treats) and prepare a planned route.

Mirabel was so awesome! She helped me out last minute by walking Theo and even though he gave her lots of trouble by hiding from her at first, she was so patient with him and still took him on a long walk. She provided a thorough note and lots of photos which I greatly appreciated. 10/10 would recommend!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
