Laura has been a reliable and caring dog walker and sotter. She listens to any special requests for your pets and treats them like her own family. I would highly recommend her services!

This service did not go well for us. We have a 6 months small puppy Luna, and I shared with Laura that she has been sick with cold and tummy issues and we have been keeping her inside for a bit. This sitter did not follow the basic instructions I gave (did not feed her before the walk or put on the little vest we have bene using to keep her warm). When she came back I fed our puppy, and the sitter offered to walk our puppy again briefly after the feeding to see if she pooped, and I appreciated the gesture in the moment. 25 mins later I did not know where they were, I texted her and clearly she did not look at her phone to keep me posted. I went out to run some errands and to find out where our dog and the sitter were. I found them in the backyard of people in our neighborhood with our small puppy off leash (I clearly said during our meet and greet that for now we do not want her off leash outside) and running around with two dogs off leash ten times bigger than Luna. One was a Bernese. We never approved of our dog being off leash on somebody else property, and clearly said at the meet and greet we were still warming Luna up to bigger dogs but we were still careful since she has the puppy energy and can trigger bigger dogs jumping on them. I also shared she had been sick and we were being careful with exposure to other dogs. It is unacceptable that this sitter did not even take time to check if it was ok to bring our dog to hang out on somebody else property with other big dogs. Overall a great disappointment.
