About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and currently have two dogs of my own, including a husky I’ve had for almost 14 years. I also have experience caring for cats and fish. Over the years, I’ve become very comfortable with walking, feeding, bathing, basic training, and keeping pets on their normal routines. I also attended dog training classes with my husky, so I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and paying attention to each dog’s personality and needs. I genuinely enjoy being around animals and will make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I’m currently a student on summer break while working full-time, so my weekday availability is Monday through Friday after 6 p.m. I’m also available anytime on Saturdays and Sundays for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. I always make sure pets get plenty of attention, care, and consistency in their routines. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for in both my home and a client’s home. I have experience with walking, feeding, bathing, basic training, and caring for dogs with different personalities and energy levels. I pay close attention to routines and instructions, and I’ll always treat your pets with patience, care, and attention like they’re my own.
“I highly reccomend Meagan to watch your animals. She is very thorough and rpfessional with her check ins. She left great detail with her time with our cats. Would 10/10 book agaijnand reccomend.”

About: I am a recent college grad spending some time on my own, but greatly missing my pets! I have experience with all kinds of animals including medically complex pets, seniors, puppies, doodles and other hairy friends, and more! I am a part time intern working about 20 hours per week looking for some friends to fill my downtime. I can look after your animals any time of day with this flexibility. Good for weekdays and weekends! I follow a strict schedule with animals. Feeding routines, walks, treats, and training are all scheduled and followed to a T in my household. This makes it easy for me to apply these in other households.
“Megan did an exceptional job with my cat Jiggles! They hit it off immediately! She is professional, compassionate, and detail oriented. She took care of all his medical, food, bathroom requirements, and it was clear upon returning home that he was well-cared for and very happy! Highly recommended!”

About: About Me: I am a dog parent myself, with a 25lb Terrier mix named Lemonade who my husband and I rescued from a shelter in Texas about 6 years ago. Lemon is my best friend and little shadow. I am usually anxious to leave her in the care of others, so I deeply empathize with other owners who just want their pet to be safe, loved, and cared for responsibly. I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and have a particular fondness for small breeds, but I truly love them all! I have done overnight stays with dogs ranging from 5-45 lbs (Toy Poodles, Doodles, small Terrier breeds, pitty mixes to name a few) but also have walking experience with medium/large sized dogs such as Standard Poodles, Portuguese Water Dogs, Golden Retrievers and Lab/Boxer mixes. A fun fact about me is that I am passionate about ALL animals, and one day I hope to have a small hobby farm with chickens, ducks, and goats. I would also like to adopt a cat in the near future. I am comfortable handling all types of animals from cats and dogs to rodents, rabbits, reptiles and birds. Additional Skills/ Experience: - Administering meds- oral, eye/ear drops, injections (ex: insulin). I require an in-person meet and greet to go over instructions if you need help in this department - Walking tools: Harnesses, Martingale collars, and Herm Sprenger (prong) training collar experience - Grooming: If your dog enjoys pampering or has a coat that requires brushing, it is one of my favorite activities! I brush my dog daily and it has become a relaxing routine and bonding experience for both of us. I have extensive personal experience with curly coats that require regular maintenance and brushing (Poodles, PWDs) - Puppies/ routine training: I would be glad to learn the commands you are teaching/ implement them during walks/ drop-ins/ overnights to help you continue your training regimen while away/ at work. - Seniors: I have experience with (sometimes grumpy) seniors up to 16 years old, and therefore I am not new to doggy diapers, incontinence issues, med administration, and even blindness and loss of hearing. I approach older pets with patience, gentleness and respect for boundaries! I’d love to hear from you if you have any questions. Treating your pet like my own is always my top priority! ❤️ I am available 7 days a week! - Flexible hours on Monday- Friday - Walks: weekdays only - Drop-ins & Over-night stays: weekends & weekdays based on availability I lead with respect and compassion for all animals and pet owners, and I will abide by any specific instructions you’d like to provide. As an anxious pet owner myself, I want the best for your pet and I strive to make everyone involved comfortable, providing updates and photos throughout my service. If you prefer to meet me before booking, please reach out and I would be more than happy to do so! I do also have an enclosed back yard with a dog gate that is suitable for small dogs, if you are local and prefer to drop off.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 14, starting by watching my neighbors’ pets when they went on vacation. Since then, I’ve had the chance to care for many other dogs in my neighborhood, as well as the dogs of my professors at UMass. I also have experience using clicker training. I’ve always dreamed of having dogs of my own, but frequent moves over the years have made that tough. From going to college and then moving to Boston. Getting to spend time caring for your dogs would truly mean a lot to me and would let me enjoy some quality time with furry friends while making sure they’re happy, safe, and well cared for. I work remotely and have a very flexible schedule, so I can make myself available most times during any day of the week. I don’t have any vacations planned and am available for the foreseeable future. I’m attentive, responsible, and committed to following your care instructions closely so your pets feel safe and comfortable at home. I always make sure all expectations are met and that your pets receive the care they deserve.
“Alyssa is a dream catsitter and I will definitely book her again! She made sure that the cats were well-fed and clean, and she always played with them and gave them extra pets. Earl, Yo-Yo, and I all recommend her!”

“Jana was great with my two dogs! Sent lots of photos and info on how the visit went and she above all made sure that both dogs had a safe visit. I will definitely be using her again.”

About: -Hello! Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. As a quick introduction, I am a PhD graduate student in the Brighton area who absolutely loves going on walks and spending time in nature (personal favorites- Newton Resevoir & JP Pond). I would describe myself as very detail-oriented and a perfectionist (hence grad school), which I've learned is very helpful with animals since it helps me be attuned to their communication. -In terms of experience: all throughout growing up, my family and I always had dogs always in the household (e.g., shitzu, dalmatian, and beagle). Ever since I was 6, I walked, fed, and cleaned after all of them. This had made me very comfortable in always reading cues indicating a need. -More recently, I potty trained a beagle my family sheltered (several summers ago). Whenever I visit home or family, I am always playing/walking/watching dogs (of all sizes) of my family members. I also love cats and have exposure through friends, although I have no formal training with them. -In terms of my schedule: very open and flexible since I manage my own schedule. happy to do sitting/walking any time or day for the next couple months. -Please feel free to message me, and I will try to respond ASAP! My schedule is very open and flexible since I am wrapping up grad school, so happy to find times that work best for you. I can do sitting/walking any time or day. For my home: I live in an apartment on the third floor (accessible via stairs or elevator). It is very pet friendly: large living room, open spaces, tidy, and clean. There is a lot of open space, so there is plenty of room for beds, crates, and/or toys.

“Julia took great care of our cat! She is communicative, reliable, understood/followed all care instructions, and clearly an animal lover. We knew our cat was in good hands. Highly recommend Julia for your animal sitting!”

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, small mammals, and love all animals! I’m reliable, trustworthy, and communicative. Your pets and home will be in safe hands. I am only taking a couple summer classes, so fitting pet care into my schedule will be no problem. Talk to me about your desires and I’ll make it a priority! I love hearing from clients how I can best serve them. I’m very detailed oriented and take pet safety very seriously. Let me know how I can best serve you!
“It was the first time we called on Stuart to walk Clare, not just once, but twice in a day, and we’re glad we did. Stuart was conscientious from the start, offering to stop by the day before we needed him to meet us and Clare. We highly recommend him!”

“Adelle was fantastic! She was so attentive and really made our cat feel like she was special. I also really appreciated the detail in the Rover cards and the pictures. I would recommend Adelle to anyone who needs someone to watch their pet.”

“Sydney was so great! She fit us in to a busy holiday weekend last minute and was very communicative about our two cats--she even cleaned up some vomit (yuck!) and tracked our nervous cats to their hiding places to get pictures for us. Would def recommend!”

Marina was excellent. She followed the instructions specifically and in her notes made me feel very confident and comfortable about her and Pearl! She treated Pearl with great care and took the time to make Pearl feel safe. Pearl reacted to Marina in a way far more positive than Pearl has ever reacted to any visitor to our house.

As usual, Leo has taken outstanding care of my kitty while I was away for almost two weeks. The visits were on time and I got lots of photos and candid comments about how my kitty was doing - and he was doing so well! I could tell he was entertained playing with Leo and even became quite affectionate, which is rare for his skittish character. Leo also watered the cat grass and left the apartment tidy and clean. Over the years I have come to know Leo as very reliable, easy to communicate with and genuinely attentive to my cat's needs.

Zhao was so incredible with my cat. She followed her routine to a tee and provided excellent daily updates and pictures. My cat has some medical needs that I felt Zhao was abundantly capable of handling and I was able to relax while she was in Zhao’s care. I absolutely recommend her as a cat sitter.

My kitties seem so happy and energetic even after I returned from a long trip. I've relied on her service for more than a year and she's been consistently thoughtful and transparent. I'm always super impressed with her, I would highly recommend her service!!

Winita was fantastic with our super shy cats! They normally hide from all guests, but she knew the right mix of treats and games to get them out of their hiding places. By the end of our short trip, they loved her! She was also on top of all the other cat-based chores. My favorite part is all the videos she sent of our cats. I highly recommend her!

Bryana was an amazing for the drop in visits for my old lady Pumpkin. They were super responsive and the updates they provided were so cute and informative. They also went above and beyond making sure my cat was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again the next time I travel.

Zilalai was a great sitter for our cat Moogle! She was prompt in her visits and sent photos/notes every day. She was also happy to arrange and meet and greet beforehand to let us and our cat get comfortable with her first. We came home after a week to a happy and healthy cat. Thanks Zilalai!
