Jacklyn was so helpful with making sure the one cat was feeling better and kept an eye on him during the visits. Luckily he was feeling better and there were no issues. But it gave us peace of mind to have someone taking such good care of both cats and sending updates about them. Definitely recommended!”

She sent photos and detailed updates with every visit, was flexible when I needed an extra visit on short notice, and was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with! One of my cats was prescribed two topical medications and had to wear a surgical suit to prevent over-grooming, and Julie was comfortable applying the topical medications and was able to get him into the suit (not the easiest feat!) and comfort him with treats and affection. I will absolutely reach out to her if I need another sitter!”
