“Lyn was so kind to our two little dogs. It was the first time in 8 years that they were with a new sitter. We were moving so our dogs were already apprehensive with packing. Her calm, gentle and super competent demeanor was exactly what we were looking for. Lyn sent photos daily so we could see how our dogs were doing. Highly recommend her!”

“Tomoe was FANTASTIC! Extremely nice, and welcoming personality. Felt comfortable immediately after our meet & greet session. She gave lots of updates with texts, pictures, and videos the entire weekend I was out of town. 100% recommend to anyone looking for Rover care. Bravo! 👏🏻”

“Ben made sure that he asked all the right questions and knew everything he had to know before I dropped Dumpling off. She was happy when I picked her up from Ben's and I would definitely recommend him.”

“Andrea took very good care of my baby! I was very nervous at first since it was my first time leaving her. However, she sent photos throughout her stay which really helped calm me down. She also gave Koshi her antibiotics twice a day which is much appreciated.”

“Junho might be the best sitter in the North Cambridge area. When it comes to caring for your dog, the most important aspect is genuine love and care. You can tell that your dog is having a blast by checking the constant photos and live updates from Junho. As you can see from those photos, it's easy to tell how much love my dog was given during this stay. Furthermore, Junho was really flexible in fitting my schedule, which was out of the ordinary due to having a baby. If you need someone to take care of your dog, it's Junho”

“Natalie is phenomenal!!! She took such great care of Teddy. Her communication was outstanding, sending pictures and texts throughout the day. Such a sweet and kind person that you will feel so comfortable leaving your dog with.”

“We absolutely trust Kira and her family with our pup! She is wonderful, providing great communication and regular photo updates. We feel completely comfortable leaving her with Kira, and she comes back tired and happy.”
“Dana and Nia were great! I had to find a last minute sitter for my two large dogs for 6 days. Dana was super accommodating and set my mind at ease with daily updates and pics. At 100lbs and 60lbs and leary of strangers, my pups are not easy to handle, but Dana stepped up to the plate and did an amazing job! I will definitely be sending my pups back!”

“Alex is the best! My dog has been sick and Alex took good care of her and was attentive. My dog was on meds & she made sure she took her pills. Strongly recommend Alex!”

“Oscar and his wife took such excellent care of my Prague Ratter dog, Rubix, for close to a week while I was out of town. Oscar provided daily video updates that allowed me to know how well Rubix was doing, which really eased my mind while I was away. Oscar was always very communicative and always responded to all of my messages within minutes - he was also very generous in being flexible with the dog sitting schedule (as I was concerned I might not make it back from traveling due to a recent blizzard), which helped reduce any stress I might have felt if I didn’t pick him up when I originally said I would. He told me not to worry, and that he would work with me if I needed to make any adjustments to the schedule. You can tell through the videos that both him and his wife have a genuine love of dogs. I’m very grateful to have found Oscar to watch my dog and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Thank you Oscar once again to you and your wife for everything!”

“Drew and Matt were wonderful caregivers for my pup while I was out of town for a few days! Moxie got lots of long walks every day — and I loved getting daily updates and photos. Nahla and Stella, their pups, are super sweet and welcomed moxie right away, which was great because she’s a bit shy. Drop off and pickup were easy — and moxie had a freshly washed leash and harness when I picked her up, which I really appreciated. I will definitely book with Drew again if I need boarding in the future!”

“Carlos and Nina were awesome! Super communicative and friendly. Great hosts for our little dude. Will certainly return to them when in the are”

“Francois is exceedingly kind and good about checking in and letting me know how Sadie’s doing, always with a sweet photo. I know she is in highly competent and caring hands.”

“Jess and her family were great! Our 11 pound Cavapoo (Molly) stayed with Jess for 7 nights while our family went on our first vacation without our beloved pup. I knew Molly was well cared for and happy (perhaps a bit too happy given her ambivalence to seeing me when I picked her up 🙂). I felt very comfortable leaving Molly with Jess and would certainly do so again. Jess was very responsive and sent me regular updates and pictures. I think Molly particularly enjoyed the freedom Jess allows the dogs in the house. For example, I sent Molly with her crate that she happily sleeps in at our home, but with Jess Molly just slept on the couch with the other dogs. Spoiled for sure!”

“Sara was great. I had an emergency and needed a sitter earlier than we had planned. She readily agreed to take Abby for the extra days before and after the original booking. As usual, Abby was happy and treated like the princess she knows she is!”

“Pamela and Charles were wonderful hosts for my pup - warm, friendly, attentive, and interactive with both dog and owner. They have a terrific back yard and made sure to keep my dog cool and comfortable during a severe heat spell. I felt nicely connected with them by text and picture messages and was confident my pet was receiving excellent care. A great Rover interaction all around, would not hesitate to book again.”

“Natasha is a wonderful person, so calm and organized. Our meet & greet with her went so well, and I was at ease leaving our dog with her while we traveled! While we were out, she provided regular updates and photos, which was so nice. Our dog was happy and relaxed during her stay with Natasha, even though it was her first time away from home! Thank you so much, Natasha! ❤️”

“Teddie just came back from a sleepover with Aga and it went well. She sent pictures of him playing with a new furry friend and it looked like they were having a great time. We are very happy - Aga is great at communicating and we feel Teddie is in good hands.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Needham
We had such a wonderful experience with Sana! Since we were traveling abroad, she went above and beyond by driving to pick up our Floofy from another sitter and caring for her for the remainder of our trip. She sent us lots of pictures and updates, which gave us such peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, we could tell how loved and well cared for Floofy was by how happy and comfortable she seemed when we picked her up! We’re so grateful to Sana and would absolutely recommend her! ❤️🐾

She took good care of Minnie while I was away for over a week. Everything went smoothly, and I had no issues during her stay. Communication was fine overall, although I would have appreciated more regular updates and photos without having to ask. Overall, she was reliable and I would consider using her again.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
