Oscar provided daily video updates that allowed me to know how well Rubix was doing, which really eased my mind while I was away. Oscar was always very communicative and always responded to all of my messages within minutes - he was also very generous in being flexible with the dog sitting schedule (as I was concerned I might not make it back from traveling due to a recent blizzard), which helped reduce any stress I might have felt if I didn’t pick him up when I originally said I would. He told me not to worry, and that he would work with me if I needed to make any adjustments to the schedule. You can tell through the videos that both him and his wife have a genuine love of dogs. Nahla and Stella, their pups, are super sweet and welcomed moxie right away, which was great because she’s a bit shy. Drop off and pickup were easy — and moxie had a freshly washed leash and harness when I picked her up, which I really appreciated.
