About: I have been a dog owner for many years, with a major preference for small dogs. Not only do I have lots of experience caring for my own pets, but I have sat and cared for the dogs of many different friends and family, as well as those I don’t personally know well, over the years. I am patient, loving, always try to have fun with the dogs, and always try to give them the best care possible. I’ve had dogs all my life. I got my first dog, Lukey, when I was young and he was my best friend. Originally got him for my mother to keep her company, but fell in love with him myself and made him my own once she passed. I’d take him through the woods on walks and we eventually became inseparable. He passed at age 18. Eventually I met a woman who had two dogs of her own and they became like my kids. I had them for many years, although sadly they are all passed now as well. Currently I help care for two dogs with my ex who lives in the apartment below me, as we are still good friends. I make sure they are well cared for and take them out regularly. I love to play with them. I take dogs very seriously as they are like family to me. I can currently work Monday-Saturday, with exceptions. I do have to schedule around some minor things early in the morning, and those take priority, and those can be discussed, but otherwise I’m completely free. I love animals and always try to give them 100% of the love and attention they deserve. I feed them, walk them, take them out and play with them, and always try to give them my best. I’ve always treated my own dogs as if they were my children, and I extend that to any dog I care for.

He was very communicative with me (sending updates and photos each visit, and circling back to make sure I received the update when the app was being weird). My cat is finicky and takes a long time to warm up to people, and Noah was gentle yet persistent and was able to pet my cat (and even got some headbutts from him in return) by the end of their visits. About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life, and they have always been one of my major passions. From small animals, to dogs and cats, to chickens, livestock, and horses - I've seen it all! I spent some time as a animal science/pre-vet student before Covid, and worked for a horse breeder/trainer for 3 years where I coordinated daily care for our animals, as well as helped client's with training and lessons while taking a break from university. I have since graduated and been immersed in the world of financial services for the last few years, and work from home along with my father. We both enjoy walking, and live right on the Blue Hills Skyline trail, so can go for a quick loop or 9 mile hike out of our back door. We would love to host your dog as a part of our family to enjoy our attention, care, and access to great outdoor amenities for a dog that likes to explore, sniff, or go on hikes. Also great for a dog that enjoys having a fenced area. I work from home every day of the week, so I don't have any requirements to be out of the house. I tend to wake up on the earlier side and enjoy going for a walk, as well as a walk around lunchtime and the evening. I am consistent with whatever routine your dog requires, and like to cater towards what makes them the happiest and most at home. Your dog will have nearly 24/7 attention, and I am very glad to provide! We have a number of options in our home depending on your comfortability with your dogs access to the home/garden. We have a fenced area off of the side of the house with an attached mudroom (if dogs prefer to sleep alone, this can be a good option), as well as a large front field and access to the Blue Hills hiking trails. The kitchen is gated, so we tend to spend time in this space with the dog to keep an eye on them. We have a large crate available and are happy to set up your dogs crate if needed. We are happy to allows the dogs on the living room couch, but can keep them off if you prefer them to keep their feet on the floor - we have a large variety of dog beds as well throughout the house. The dogs are welcome in the bed/bedroom depending on your preferences, just let me know where you would like them to stay. There are currently no animals in the home.

I am committed to making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I work full-time during the week, but I am available for pet care on the weekends. I understand the importance of consistency and communication and will work with pet owners to ensure their pets receive the care and attention they need. I am happy to provide updates and photos during visits so owners can feel confident their pets are doing well. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise routines, and any special requests from owners. I understand that pets can become stressed when their owners are away, so I focus on creating a calm, safe, and comfortable environment. I also believe in regular communication and am happy to provide updates and photos throughout my visits.
About: What sets me apart from most pet sitters and dog walkers is that I currently do not drive so my form of transportation will either be the bus or Uber to care for your cute furry companion. I have about 18 years under my belt with pet both cat and dog experience, so rest assured that your pet(s) will be in great hands. I currently do not own a pet due to restrictions where I currently live but I am in the process of becoming a first time owner and will be accepting in home care. She sends very detailed updates with lots of cute pictures. She also has gone above and beyond cleaning up when our puppy has accidents and taking both of our dogs on long walks. About: Ive taken care of personal, family and neighbors dogs and cats since very young. Ive also rescued cats since 9 years old. I have taught some of them basic tricks! I work a very flexible job and can fit in 3-4 hours from Thursday-Sunday! I am also free to pet sit all day Friday through Sunday. I have a fenced yard and treats at home and will crate if needed. While at your home, I am happy to follow the owners instructions and be wary of the dogs directive.
