I have been an animal lover my entire life. I always wanted a dog growing up, but my Mom wouldn’t have it….so I had to wait until I was a young adult, living on my own. I started simple and got my first cat, my sweet Sylvie in my early 20’s. Years later I added dogs to my fur family. Well, as the saying goes, go big or go home…because at one point I had THREE smushie-faced furkids running around! 🙈 My dogs had a myriad of health issues, so I am comfortable in dealing with dogs who are: blind, deaf, incontinent, aggressive, sick or physically disabled. My pug was diabetic, so while I am not a vet or vet tech, I am experienced with giving injections and subcutaneous fluids. I lost my sweet pug (Midge) at the end of 2022, and my frenchie (Emmett) at the start of 2023. 🌈💔 Ask anyone and they’ll tell you that I’m pretty much obsessed with animals and love them more than humans. 🤫 I consider snuggling, playing with, and/or walking fur friends, to be one of my favorite pastimes! In addition to walks, drop-in’s and cat care, I also offer dog-boarding. In special circumstances I may be able to house-sit (close vicinity to Roslindale only). Please note: I teach yoga & fitness classes online so your home needs to have a suitable space for that, as well as fast & reliable WiFi.

Tiffany is a wonderful cat-sitter! I can’t say enough good things. She sent daily updates with so many incredibly sweet pictures and videos. She gave the kitties tons of love and lots of playtime. She even took out my trash without my asking! Just a great, great experience with her and I would not hesitate to engage her services again. We will definitely be highly recommending her to all our pet-owning friends! It was such a relief to know the cats were in really great hands during our vacation.

Schedule
I know firsthand how stressful it can be to manage one’s day around a pet’s medication or walk schedule…yet I’ve been successful at juggling it for many years now. These sweet, beautiful creatures rely on us, so I prioritize my schedule so that I can give them the care & attention they deserve! Along with pet caretaking and walking dogs, I’m a yoga teacher & fitness instructor and my schedule varies from day to day. This means during the daytime your pets would typically be alone for 2-4 hours (less if I can bring them along on my midday dog walks) and at night occasionally for 2-3 hours, depending on the day.

Safety, trust & environment
My dogs were velcro dogs, so wherever I was, there they were. 🥹 My pups slept in bed, had full run of the house and were allowed on furniture. Snuggling under the covers on the couch was our favorite thing to do. (However, I will always respect whatever rules/routines have been set by pet parents.) When your pups stay with me, please note that I live in a first floor condo with a small shared yard that is not fenced in. Dogs that are use to leash walks would be best suited for my home, but good news — I live practically right next to the Arnold Arboretum for plenty of outdoor time! 🌲 I’m a little bit over the top with conversations & affection, as I feel that our shared language with animals is love. 💖 If your pet isn’t the touchy-feely type, then I will of course respect their space. I provide gates and crates for separation (when boarding only) if required.
A typical day
Fetch, walk, treats, snuggles... I'm game! If you have (or had) your dog in behavioral training and are practicing commands, then I'm more than happy to work with them on that during our visit too. I adore my feline friends that are frisky & love to play, yet I equally love those who just want to cuddle or want me to respect their need for space.
