I recently transitioned from my full-time role as a paralegal at a law firm in downtown Boston and am dedicating my time throughout July and August to caring for pets. This allows me to offer a flexible schedule and give each dog the time, attention, and care they deserve. Whether your pet needs a walk, companionship, or extra attention while you're away, I'm happy to work with your schedule whenever possible. My goal is to provide reliable, attentive care that gives you peace of mind and keeps your dog happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I have a fully fenced yard and live near several parks in Brighton's Oak Square neighborhood, providing plenty of opportunities for safe outdoor exercise and enrichment. I don't currently have a dog of my own, as my beloved Sheltie passed away two years ago, which means any dog in my care will receive my full attention. Whether I'm caring for a pet in my home or in a client's home, I prioritize keeping them comfortable by following their normal routine as closely as possible. I carefully follow feeding schedules, walking routines, medication instructions, and any special care requests. I believe consistency helps dogs feel secure, so I take the time to learn each pet's personality, preferences, and needs. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats big little and everything in between! I love going on walks, playing catch, and giving lots of pets and love. I have experience giving medications, and dealing with elderly pets as well as the little kitties and puppies! I currently work as a PCA, and am busy 12-3 on weekdays for the summer. However, my mornings and early evenings are open. I am also free weekends! I am able to stay with your animals while you are away, or check in on them for walks or play time during the day. Whatever you need!

About: I love pets! I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a kid, but I got my own dog 5 years ago. I raised my dog since he was a baby, and have trained him. I also have experience walking and feeding neighborhood animals, taking care of all breeds and sizes, and I am great at following instructions. I will make sure your dog is loved and taken care of as if it was my own. I am a recent college graduate who just finished an internship. During the last few months I have helped a housemate with taking care of their dog by walking and feeding him, and I fell in love. Living out of my home state I miss my own dog, Bobby, a lot, but by helping out other pet owners I feel better. My schedule is incredibly flexible and I am willing to adjust based on you and your pet’s needs. Whether it be a walk, play time, or just cuddling on the couch, I will make sure your pet is loved and taken care of during my time with them! I have had my own dog for 5 years and he operates well on a scheduled routine. When caring for other dogs I typically like to follow the instructions of the owner. I also understand that sometimes pets can have a lot of energy and I am always willing to match whatever vibe they have.

I am currently volunteering at a cat shelter in Boston and would love to bring that experience to your pets. About: What sets us apart as sitters is that caring for dogs has always been a part of our lives. I grew up with a family dog, so from a young age I learned the importance of patience, consistency, and love when it comes to raising and caring for pets. My boyfriend, Jahn, shares that same love for animals and lives with me, so he’ll also be helping care for your dog. During college, we’ve continued to care for dogs—ranging from playful puppies who need extra training and attention to senior dogs who require gentle care, daily medication, and special routines. Because of this experience, we’ve become very attentive to each dog’s unique needs, whether that means reinforcing positive habits, providing companionship, or ensuring they get the right balance of exercise, rest, and care. We don’t just “watch” pets—we treat them like family and make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while their owners are away. I currently work from home three days a week, which allows me to spend a significant amount of time with my dog throughout the day. On the days I work in the office, my boyfriend, Jahn, who is a student at MPCHS, is able to come home from campus to check in, take our dog outside, provide fresh water, and spend time with him. Between the two of us, we have a consistent routine that ensures our dog is never left alone for extended periods and always receives the attention, exercise, and care he needs. Pet care is an important part of our daily routine, and we work together to make sure all of his needs are met. In my home, pets are free to roam around the apartment and make themselves comfortable. Whether that’s lounging on the couch or snuggling up in their favorite spot. I want them to feel safe, relaxed, and at home. I also make sure they get plenty of exercise and stimulation. We go to the dog park regularly, where they can socialize and play with other friendly dogs, including those of my friends who often bring their pups along. This way, your dog gets both companionship and fun in a safe, positive environment. Most importantly, I treat every pet as if they were my own. I make sure they’re cared for, happy, and loved while you’re away.

We currently have a puppy in Boston so we are also experienced with basic training and routines, and the extra attention needed for younger dogs. I’m home throughout the day, so I can provide regular walks, feeding and attention. With a puppy, I’m in a consistent routine and there’s a park nearby for easy outdoor time! In my home, I try to make it feel like a second home for your dog - lots of attention, regular walks, and good balance of playtime and downtime. I stick to their usual routine as much as possible so they feel comfortable and settled. In your home, I keep things familiar and low stress by following your dogs normal schedule. About: I’ve been watching neighbors and friends pets for as long as I can remember! Anytime a furry friend needed a companion I was the one to call. I work full time but am only in office Tuesday and Wednesday. I will gladly stop in anytime after 6 pm on those days otherwise I WFH Monday Thursday and Friday and can stop in three times a day then! I will be glad to walk your dog or just come check on them in your home! I can crate them or do whatever you would feel best about!

About: As a lifelong pet lover and daughter of a vet tech, I have lots of experience spending time with and caring for cats and dogs of all ages. All through my life my family has had pets and we often fostered animals, especially kittens and puppies, at my home. As I renter I haven’t been able to have dogs of my own since moving out of my family’s house. Our dogs are the highlight of visiting home and I would love the opportunity to care for your dogs while you are away! I work from home during the day with a very flexible schedule. I could make some visits in the mornings, but I am mostly available in the evenings during the week and all day Friday - Sunday. I might have more time around the holidays, as well. I can also housesit if I have notice since I can work from anywhere. About: I am a mother to a 5 year old Siberian Husky who has a lot of energy and loves to be outside. My favorite thing to do is to take him on 1 hour long walks to the Paul Revere Park and the North Point Park usually twice a day. We also love walking the Charles River Esplanade. I’m currently in grad school and have availability between classes. I would love to take your dogs on a refreshing, energetic, fun long walk or run. This would be without my Husky of course. I grew up with dogs my whole life, and have a lot of experience with a variance of breeds, weights, and temperament. I’ve also taken dog training classes with my husky. I look forward to helping you out with walking your pups! I know our dogs are our babies, so I’m excited to give them a wonderful time outside. I have availability between 12:30pm and 5:00pm Monday though Friday. Weekends may be flexible. I just have a lot of free time that I wouldn’t mind spending walking doggies. I will be on time to pick up your pet and will have a patient kind manner so they sense safely and comfortability. I am comfortable with crating your pet if needed and filling up food/water if needed.
