She contacted me immediately, made herself available for a phone call, and followed all of the care steps I walked her through. Thankfully, Bruce improved a lot after that, and I was so grateful she caught it so early. She also sent constant updates and photos throughout the trip, so I was never left wondering how my babies were doing. Catherine house sat for two nights as well, and when I came home my apartment was exactly as I left it. I felt like my cats and home were genuinely cared for while I was away. Mokeisha was an excellent sitter. She was incredibly responsive, and I felt completely confident that my dogs were in great hands while I was away. She checked in throughout the day with messages and photos, which I really appreciated. With freezing temperatures outside, she was especially attentive to making sure the dogs were safe and comfortable during outdoor time. They were clearly spoiled with attention, cuddles, and treats while in her care. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Mokeisha again and absolutely plan to do so.
We just moved to the state and were leaving a well-trusted dog sitter of several years and were worried about finding someone new for our older, anxious husky. We found Lauren and she was excellent! She communicated and sent pictures and videos regularly, which was great as we were worried about our dogs first time being dogsat in our new apartment with a new person. Weixiu provided drop in service for our 2 pups while we were away on a short vacation. One of our dogs is shy and she quickly warmed up to Weixiu's kind, caring energy.
