Deirdre was fantastic and I highly recommend her to any and all pet owners! Deirdre house sat with our young cat Misty for 2 weeks. We are new pet owners and have never Misty alone for more then 15 hours. We had a big family trip planned, and as really nervous parent, I didn't want Misty to face a stranger on the first day of our trip. Lyv completely saved me when another dogsitter cancelled. She clearly knows dogs and asked all the right questions, and my pup Summer immediately took to her. Lyv communicated really well, texting me beforehand to confirm when she would arrive, again when she arrived, sending photo updates, etc. throughout the whole week. I could even tell from the photos that Summer was really comfortable and not stressed at all, which was confirmed when I came home and she was 100% normal as if I'd never been gone. Caitlin did a phenomenal job taking care of our girl! She provided consistent updates about how she was doing throughout her stay, made sure to take her out for walks, and followed her food schedule closely. I could tell that Chi Chi was very comfortable and happy with Caitlin here, and it's clear that Caitlin really loves dogs and enjoys taking care of them. She also kept the house nice and clean and was very responsible in maintaining both the house and Chi Chi. We would 110% recommend her to anyone and will absolutely use her again if she's available!
