About: I have loved animals since I was a young child. My family always had pets when I was growing up; ranging from parakeets and cockatiels, to betta fish, to dogs and cats. I currently have a great, fearless, and very treat-driven cat named Julio, whom I care for with my partner. I have a lot of experience caring for dogs and cats, including my mom's dog and cat when I visit during the holidays and whenever she has had to travel to visit family. I'm currently writing my PhD Dissertation so I oftentimes want to take a break and relax, which I can do by checking in on your pets. Other than feeding and playing with my cat, Julio, there are other times in the afternoon and evening when I can make sure to spend time feeding and taking care of your pets. I have a good understanding of both dog and cat body language and can give them their space, if needed. I am also able to follow instructions such as pet-specific diets, oral medication administration, etc.

I bring a calm, kind, and reliable attitude to every pup I meet, whether it’s an energetic young dog needing a good walk or an older companion who just wants gentle company. If you’re after someone who genuinely enjoys being around animals and treats them like part of the family, I’d be stoked to help care for yours. I have experience caring for all kinds of animals, I have time to fit walks, playtime, and attentive care into my daily and weekly routine, so pets feel happy, safe, and well-loved. “Flex absolutely adored spending time with Deb. All the walks and sniffs and treats he could want and more. Deb took extremely good care of my boy- we will definitely use her again in the future!”

“Catherine was awesome - we had 3 pups under her watch and all were looked after great (walked, fed, and played with) and had a fun. They were tired when we got back, so we know they enjoyed it!”

About: I have had over 10 pets through my life that I have been solely responsible for. From a chameleon to rats to bunnies. I have loved animals since I was a little kid. I have volunteered at many animal shelters and a current volunteer at the Quincy Animal Shelter. I have also grown up with dogs so I have lots of experience with dogs and I have fostered a few kittens. I am currently a senior in high school. So I am free before 7:30 and after 3:00. I currently do not have a job so I am very flexible. I have watched many peoples animals throughout my life. I am careful to follow All instructions left by the owners regarding feeding, medication, and routines. I take time to greet and interact with each pet gently, allowing them to become comfortable with me at their own pace. I provide regular updates, including photos and messages, so owners know how their pets are doing. I respect the privacy and property of every client, only accessing areas necessary for pet care. My goal is to ensure your pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable in their own home while you’re away. I treat every pet with kindness and attention, just as I would my own.
“Ashlee did a phenomenal job watching our two labs and home while we were out of town. She had excellent communication and was extremely professional! Our dogs loved having her around and we loved the adorable dog pictures we got every day. She kept us well informed with what was going on with our dogs throughout the day and put our minds at ease that our home and dogs were being well taken care of while we were on vacation. We definitely hope to work with Ashlee again in the future and we recommend her services to anyone!”

“Karissa watched our 2 dogs, Chilli and Ozzy, while we were out of town for 24 hours a couple weekends ago. She came over Sunday morning, took care of them all day and fed and walked them before work Monday morning. Chilli and Ozzy love Karissa.”

“Bridget was exceptional! I couldn’t find a better word to describe how great she was with our two Jack Russell’s who both have personalities larger themselves. Bridget checked in daily with us without us having to ask for photos or an update during an overnight for our week vacation. She also took the extra step and took care of our houses. We highly recommend Bridget for anyone looking for a sitter for their babies, she is incredibly trustworthy!”

“Elliott housesat and took care of my elderly cat. She has been ill lately and was not eating well. He took great care of her, gave her lots of attention and came up with different ways to entice her to eat. He sent me regular updates and photos. I highly recommend Elliott!”

“Isis was wonderful! She took excellent care of our two cats and home. The cats were happy and the house was left clean and tidy. We also received detailed updates every day, which we appreciated.”

“Alyssa house/pet sat for us during February break. She took great care of our two huge dogs and we were so grateful to have her keep an eye on the house for us while we traveled to California. Thanks for the peace of mind while we were on vacation! We will definitely be calling again.”

About: We’ve always had dogs growing up, up to 3 at a time in our house, but I’m new to Rover. I coach soccer so I’m typically available when most others are at work. I thought this could be a fun way to some extra money. Looking forward to hearing from you! During the season my longest days are something like 2-9 so I have time during the day for quick stops and don’t mind overnight stays. When I watch for friends and family I like to vary what we do. If they have a fenced in yard that’s fun to play but I’m an active person so walks around the block, to the beach, hikes, etc are all in play.

“The best! Absolute best, have had the joy of letting Kat watch our munchkin a few times now for a week or more and both times have been absolutely stellar. We cannot wait to go away again so Chara can hang out with her best bud!”

“Gabriella was great with our two dogs Suki and Loki. She shared pictures and kept us updated while we were out. Plus she was very calm and kind. Suki and Loki loved her and we felts safe leaving her with our pups.”

“Pam is absolutely fantastic. We have used her for years and she continues to care for Shaka with love. She is genuinely a kind and always dependable sitter. She is deeply appreciated my our family.”

“Cortney was amazing with Forrest—She sent me a lot of pictures of Forrest throughout the day and was very responsive. I highly recommend her. I will definitely be booking with her in the future!”

“Monica did a great job with Bernie! He’s a little anxious and she watched him after another sitter who couldn’t stay the whole time! She was wonderful to work with, super communicative, and Bernie was in great health when we got back!”

About: I’ve had legitimate, paid experience caring for both cats and dogs since working in Boston for about 5 years. I have experience with obedience training and administering medications to pets. I also am reiki certified and have found this helpful when sitting anxious pets. I am an esthetician working in the city 4 days a week and have time available to help care for your pets. Trying to do more of what I love outside of my profession :) Unfortunately I’m not able to bring your pet to my home, but I am available to give them all the love, care and attention they need when you’re not able to.

Isis is amazing! Both my wife and I work in vet medicine and are more than a little crazy about our pets. Isis made us feel very comfortable and at ease so we could enjoy ourselves while away from home. She sent us regular updates and pictures and our pets were clearly comfortable and having fun! 10/10, will definitely book again

Ashley did an amazing job caring for our dog, Birdie, and our home. We came back to a spotless house, and Birdie was happy and clearly well cared for. She kept us updated throughout the week, which gave us a lot of peace of mind, especially since this was our first time using a dog sitter (who wasn’t family). Ashley is kind, reliable, and someone we’d absolutely trust again. We’ll definitely be booking her in the future and highly recommend her!

Alyssa was an amazing dog sitter! She sent daily updates with photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She was very responsive, informative. It was such a relief knowing our dogs were in great hands. We would absolutely trust Alyssa to watch our dogs again!

Karissa was amazing with our 3 pups. We were gone for a week and she stayed at our house. Karissa walked them 3X day, played with them and loved them so that we could have a worry free vacation. Karissa sent daily pics and reports our their activities. We also had some snow and she responsibly shoveled our porch and stairs to help dogs and us on our return. Our house was clean and well taken care of while we were gone. We highly recommend Karissa!!

Weixiu provided drop in service for our 2 pups while we were away on a short vacation. One of our dogs is shy and she quickly warmed up to Weixiu's kind, caring energy. Our dogs were walked, fed and cared for with lots of pictures and video updates via the app. When we returned home, our dogs were in a great mood (as opposed to shell shocked like when returning from a kennel). Our dogs look forward to seeing Weixiu again sometime in the future.
I cannot recommend Des highly enough. She took exceptional care of my sick Stella and went above and beyond at every step. When I was in a pinch, she even made food for her, which meant the world to me and made such a difference in my dog’s comfort and recovery. She was incredibly communicative, keeping me updated and easing my worries the entire time. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone you trust fully with your pet, especially when they’re not feeling well, and she exceeded every expectation.

Elliott housesat and took care of my elderly cat. She has been ill lately and was not eating well. He took great care of her, gave her lots of attention and came up with different ways to entice her to eat. He sent me regular updates and photos. I highly recommend Elliott!

Deb watched our 2 dogs & cat over the Thanksgiving holiday on such short notice as we were headed out of town. I would highly recommend Deb to anyone who is in need of a pet sitter/dog walker. She provided us with updates & pictures 3 times per day, which I loved. We knew our dogs & cat were in great hands with Deb and she provided them with such wonderful care. We will definitely use Deb for future needs :)
