What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was made so much easier because they immediately stepped in without hesitation and continued caring for Howie like he was their own. They consistently reassured us that he was safe, happy, and well cared for until we could finally make it home. On top of that, we received dozens of pictures and videos throughout our trip, which truly meant so much—especially as first-time dog parents leaving him behind. Seeing Howie relaxed, playing, and clearly loved gave us total peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone you can trust so completely with your dog, but we absolutely did here. About: I have a 3 year old Australian shepherd who is very friendly and loves other dogs! I’ve been taken care of friends dogs for many many years of all ages and sizes and breeds and they can all rely on me. I make my own schedule with work so I can be very flexible. I work hybrid so sometimes I leave the house for an hour or 2 for work but then come home and do more work. I have a front yard that’s not fenced in but also a backyard that is fenced it. I have an Australian shepherd that loves the company of another fur baby!
“Kristen and Tim are great! My little guy was having stomach issues right before I had to leave him with them for a week. They were ready to give him his pills and special food with no problem. Kristen even offered to cook chicken and rice if he needed it. They had a few dogs there but definitely took into account the type of dogs mine gets along well with. This was our second stay with them and Brody was running to the front door to see them again. He was clearly very well-loved and taken care of!”

Our boxer Mia loves staying with Nick whenever we go away on a long trip. I’m always at ease knowing that she’s having fun with the other dogs & is well taken care of. Jean was awesome with our pup Sophie! She sent pictures and gave updates on how she was doing. Her home is clean and she lives in a building with lots of hallways, perfect for walks on rainy days! I was perfectly comfortable leaving my baby. I’m also pretty sure Sophie misses Jean and wants to live with her instead 🫣
Mario was great from the first meet & greet all the way through pick-up. His professionalism, attention to detail, and general helpfulness and hospitality was top-tier. He seemed to have no trouble jumping right in and caring for our Golden Retriever at his home, meticulously asking questions and following care instructions. Mario sent pictures and updates daily to keep us informed. I’d be happy to board with him again.
Alicja is one of the best Rover sitters we have ever used! She was extremely communicative about Bella throughout the day, and provided plenty of photos and videos each day. Bella warmed up to her immediately and it looks like they had a great time - when it was time to pick her up Bella looked so sad to leave!! Would easily hire her again for another trip!
