Hieu was attentive to Murphy's needs, taking him for walks on his schedule. She even took him to a dog park, where he seemed to have a blast playing with other dogs. She watched my goldendoodle for several days over Christmas while I was out of town, and she was such a wonderful communicator. She went above and beyond to make sure my boy was cared for, got his walks and making sure he got his meals and his twice daily medication. Jing was amazing! This was my first time leaving my sweet pea, Chianti, with a sitter and I was much more nervous and anxious than her. Jing was super communicative, which I really appreciated!! Lots of photos and videos throughout the days and also she was just responsive in general. My doggo clearly had a lovely time and lived her best life. She loved Jing’s hubby Jeremy as well - this became super obvious when they let me come visit for a meet and greet prior to booking. Their space is clean and well laid out for dogs. The backyard is a nice big, fenced off space that’s great for all the dogs to run around and play or just relax. Will definitely book with Jing again! She was truly very wonderful.
Alicja was absolutely amazing with Kermit! From the moment we left, her communication was exceptional. She kept us updated with messages and photos throughout our trip, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing Kermit was happy and well cared for. She took Kermit on multiple walks each day and spent plenty of time engaging with him, making sure he received lots of attention, exercise, and affection. It was clear that she genuinely cared about him and treated him like one of her own. We came home to a happy, relaxed, and well-loved dog. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be using Alicja again in the future. Our boxer Mia loves staying with Nick whenever we go away on a long trip. I’m always at ease knowing that she’s having fun with the other dogs & is well taken care of. Jean was awesome with our pup Sophie! She sent pictures and gave updates on how she was doing. Her home is clean and she lives in a building with lots of hallways, perfect for walks on rainy days! I was perfectly comfortable leaving my baby. I’m also pretty sure Sophie misses Jean and wants to live with her instead 🫣
Mario was great from the first meet & greet all the way through pick-up. His professionalism, attention to detail, and general helpfulness and hospitality was top-tier. He seemed to have no trouble jumping right in and caring for our Golden Retriever at his home, meticulously asking questions and following care instructions.
