About: I’m a caring cat and dog mom with lifelong experience with pets. I have a 3 year old cat and a 2 year old dog, who are my whole world. I love playing with energetic puppies and kittens, and I also have experience caring for sweet senior dogs, having grown up with two dogs with my parents. I’m a private music teacher with a flexible schedule and currently spend most of my time at home. Your pet will have plenty of company, supervision, and attention throughout the day. I provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, and personalized care based on each pet’s routine. I’m available for boarding, drop-in visits, and dog walks throughout the week, including weekends and holidays, and I’m always happy to accommodate your pet’s needs whenever possible. I live with my husband, a friendly 2-year-old Bichpoo, and a calm, gentle cat. Our home is filled with cozy beds, toys, and treats for both cats and dogs. We’re also within walking distance of a dog park, making it easy to give dogs extra exercise and outdoor fun if that’s something they enjoy. We vacuum twice a day and mop every other day to keep our home clean, safe, and comfortable. Your pet will receive plenty of love, attention, playtime, and personalized care, so they can feel relaxed, happy, and right at home.
“From the very first inquiry, Kevin was responsive, professional, and very accommodating. Kevin and Annie stepped in on incredibly short notice and completely saved the day. They asked all the right questions about Marlie's routine. When we dropped her off, it was clear Kevin and Annie had already gone out of their way to make our pup feel comfortable. We forgot to bring Marlie's treats but Kevin and Annie were well stocked with her favorite treats waiting. Throughout the stay, the updates were great with daily photos that showed Marlie was not just being cared for, but truly enjoying herself. She came home happy, healthy, and well-exercised.”

“Jess was amazing!! She sent daily updates and pictures and I could tell from the pictures that Mabel was so happy and being treated so well. Would recommend for anyone looking for a reliable dog sitter who goes above and beyond!”

“Alec and Damien were great hosts! Tanuki seemed very comfortable and we received lots of updates. So glad to have been able to book with them ❤️”

“Laura was excellent! Our boxer, Oakley, can be timid with new people but Laura was very caring and made sure Oakley was comfortable during her two night stay. Laura’s home has a great backyard with plenty of space for the pups to play and a pool to cool off when it’s hot. We would definitely recommend Laura and will use her again!”

“Kristen and Timothy were great with Poppy. From all the pictures they sent, you can see she was having so much fun! Will definitely use them again!”

“Louie, our English springer spaniel, loved his time in Wanyi’s home. He was well taken care of, had lots of activities and exercise and was treated like a member of her family. She sent us pictures and updates every day. We are thrilled with our experience. We highly recommend Wanyi!!!!”

“Ashley was fantastic with our dog Gus! She sent lots of pictures and videos! She took him for the first time after a very last minute cancellation by another Rover provider!. We really appreciated it and would definitely recommend her!”

“Perfect! Murphy was well loved. Joe also did a great job of keeping us updated and was very flexible with drop off and pick up. Will definitely book again.”

“Dana and Nia are truly exceptional pet sitters — caring, understanding, and the kind of people who instantly put you at ease about leaving your furry family member in their hands. Our dog Kippy can be quite a handful. He has a nervous temperament and takes time to warm up to new people, but Dana and Nia were incredibly patient. They took the time to really get to know him, and it showed — Kippy was visibly comfortable and at ease with them, which honestly says everything. On top of that, they were wonderfully flexible and gracious when we ran late, never making us feel rushed or guilty. That kind of warmth and understanding goes a long way. If you’re looking for pet sitters who will treat your little loved ones like their own, look no further. We couldn’t recommend Dana and Nia more highly!”

Laura was amazing! She was very accommodating, quick in response and always provided update and pictures of Zuko. Zuko was very happy when we picked him up and he had an amazing time with Laura and her dog Ella. I would highly recommend booking with Laura. I know for certain that we will

Paulina was a God send. We left our one year old bernedoodle with a friend, while on a cross country road trip. Mid way through the trip our friend needed reprieve so I reached out to Paulina and she replied promptly and jumped in to help last minute. She picked him up, coordinating directly with my friend. She overcame training challenges that werent presenting themselves with us, and worked through some difficult situations taking really wonderful care of our pup and the others in her care. I couldn't be more quick to refer her as a pet care option. Very grateful for her last minute support. Kodi came home more well behaved then when we left.

Shelby sent us updates and pictures the entire time we were away. She said Zoey had an awesome time with them. She enjoyed playing with their dog and running around. We could tell by the pictures that our dog was very happy and comfortable staying with them. We were very impressed and would highly recommend Shelby.

Louie, our English springer spaniel, loved his time in Wanyi’s home. He was well taken care of, had lots of activities and exercise and was treated like a member of her family. She sent us pictures and updates every day. We are thrilled with our experience. We highly recommend Wanyi!!!!

Cheyenne was a fantastic dog sitter for our beagle, Rylee! Over the five days Rylee stayed with her, she was treated to constant walks, playtime, and plenty of treats. Cheyenne also kept us in the loop with frequent updates and tons of pictures of Rylee enjoying her stay. She came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Highly recommend Cheyenne to anyone looking for a sitter!

I had a great experience with Mary while I was away for the weekend. She took excellent care of my dog, kept me updated with photos and messages, and made sure everything went smoothly. I came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup! Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in MA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
