While we were away, our return flight ended up getting canceled multiple times, leaving us stranded for an additional three days. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was made so much easier because they immediately stepped in without hesitation and continued caring for Howie like he was their own. They consistently reassured us that he was safe, happy, and well cared for until we could finally make it home. On top of that, we received dozens of pictures and videos throughout our trip, which truly meant so much—especially as first-time dog parents leaving him behind. Seeing Howie relaxed, playing, and clearly loved gave us total peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone you can trust so completely with your dog, but we absolutely did here. We are beyond grateful and will 100% be using them again.”

About: I have a 3 year old Australian shepherd who is very friendly and loves other dogs! I’ve been taken care of friends dogs for many many years of all ages and sizes and breeds and they can all rely on me. I make my own schedule with work so I can be very flexible. I work hybrid so sometimes I leave the house for an hour or 2 for work but then come home and do more work. I have a front yard that’s not fenced in but also a backyard that is fenced it. I have an Australian shepherd that loves the company of another fur baby!
“Dana and Nia are truly exceptional pet sitters — caring, understanding, and the kind of people who instantly put you at ease about leaving your furry family member in their hands. Our dog Kippy can be quite a handful. He has a nervous temperament and takes time to warm up to new people, but Dana and Nia were incredibly patient. They took the time to really get to know him, and it showed — Kippy was visibly comfortable and at ease with them, which honestly says everything. On top of that, they were wonderfully flexible and gracious when we ran late, never making us feel rushed or guilty. That kind of warmth and understanding goes a long way. If you’re looking for pet sitters who will treat your little loved ones like their own, look no further. We couldn’t recommend Dana and Nia more highly!”

Our dog received excellent care at Grace’s house. We were first-time users of Rover and left our dog for a week with Grace. She eased any of our concerns and sent daily photos and updates, which allowed us to enjoy our vacation. Our dog also got along well with her dog.
