What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was made so much easier because they immediately stepped in without hesitation and continued caring for Howie like he was their own. They consistently reassured us that he was safe, happy, and well cared for until we could finally make it home. On top of that, we received dozens of pictures and videos throughout our trip, which truly meant so much—especially as first-time dog parents leaving him behind. Seeing Howie relaxed, playing, and clearly loved gave us total peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone you can trust so completely with your dog, but we absolutely did here. This was our first time being away from Howie, and naturally we were a little nervous—but they made the entire experience so reassuring from start to finish. While we were away, our return flight ended up getting canceled multiple times, leaving us stranded for an additional three days. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was made so much easier because they immediately stepped in without hesitation and continued caring for Howie like he was their own. They consistently reassured us that he was safe, happy, and well cared for until we could finally make it home. On top of that, we received dozens of pictures and videos throughout our trip, which truly meant so much—especially as first-time dog parents leaving him behind. Seeing Howie relaxed, playing, and clearly loved gave us total peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone you can trust so completely with your dog, but we absolutely did here. We are beyond grateful and will 100% be using them again.”

Tegan usually takes a day or two to settle in and start eating when she’s in a new environment, but with Daniel and Annie she felt right at home from the start. He communicated multiple times a day, sent photos of our buddy and asked questions when he had them.
